Just a tad noisy when running but not too noisy to be bothersome. Fits Inside the HP Mediasmart Server Case. Cons: NONE AT ALL! (except the 20+4 Pin header wires are a bit too long and thick for my HP Mediasmart Server case but i made them fit :) ) Other Thoughts: My Build: AMD Phenom II X6 1035T Zotac 880GITX-A-E Motherboard G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB (2x4GB DDR3-PC10666) This Power supply (Athena AP-MFATX35P8) HP Mediasmart Server Case (modded) 4 Flexible Blue LED Lights (molex connections) to make Mediasmart Server glow blue as it does when purchased from HP Future OS: Windows Home Server 2011 HDD Still Deciding. Pros: Nice little power supply for small spaces. Ordered this for my ITX build and it works flawlessly. Just a tad noisy when running but not too noisy to be bothersome. Fits Inside the HP Mediasmart Server Case.

Cons: NONE AT ALL! (except the 20+4 Pin header wires are a bit too long and thick for my HP Mediasmart Server case but i made them fit :) )
