4 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: Solid Flex ATX psu. Quiet most of the time. Tons of cables to accommodate anything you can throw at it.

Cons: When the fan does turn on it stays on permanently until the computer is restarted. Wouldn't really care except that it is noisy and distracting.

Other Thoughts: Needed one for an old HP Pavilion Slimline that I gutted, painted and built up with modern components for my living room. This fit the bill perfectly and installed in a few minutes. Would buy it again.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: -Great Wattage (real, too)
-Plenty of power to go around
-Small (Will fit in anything)
-Very nice design
-80 plus

Cons: -Kinda Loud when under load
-It was SLIGHTLY too small but managed to screw it in with some improvising
-Too many wires I don't need (Although the 6 and 8 pin could be useful in the future)

Other Thoughts: Great power supply though and is definitely not one of those cheap ones.

4 out of 5 eggsSmall size, big performance

Pros: Small Size
real wattage
Reforced cables
2 PCI Express Wire for high performance graphics cards
Nice constructions
Good materials

Cons: Only one; when you push it, becomes very loud

Other Thoughts: I bought the PSU 4 a HP Slimline case,i have a 6770 and my past PSU without 80 gols certification just don supoort the graphics and burn, i see this PSU for the certificacition,4000 watts be enogh for a medium range card, its jsut amazing, the small size be possiblem ounting in HP Slimline case, the lined wires its perfect to better protection, but this PSU have the same problem of Flex PSU, the 30mm fan its too noisy when you demand more power, i fix it removing it and put a cooler master 80mm fan down of the case; Athena must see this problem and try to make a better cooling; ai think its the only problem, because the smmall psu dont make too much noise, and this PSU ruins the idea of a small pc, probably i upgrade to 6770 to a future 8750, i expect the PSU dont turn off, if you make a 500 watts, you probably run any video card

5 out of 5 eggsoutstanding

Pros: quiet
powers i7, 8g 1600 RAM On-board video hd3000
I clocked this thing well over in an extremely small case, fan only wound all the way up a couple of times.....then quieted back down.

Cons: There are a few more leads than I required.....two pciex6, and 2 molex by4. this isn't really a knock on the unit......for my application that's all.

Other Thoughts: I contacted Athena about cutting off the leads. They said it will void the warranty, but If I insulated the 'nubs' well it shouldn't be a problem. Then they said send it back and we'll do it for you....and the warranty would still be good. I did it myself rather than wait out all the shipping time....but hey! customer support "We'll do your modification if you want"....who does that? Wow........
