5 out of 5 eggsOver 4 years

Pros: Purchased in Aug 2007. Still running in Jan 2012. Frequent gaming, and system stays up 24/7 unless I'm away for 2+ days.

Cons: Fan is making noise, probably dying soon. But 4.5 years seems like a pretty good lifetime.

Other Thoughts: Quite happy. Would buy again.

5 out of 5 eggsvery happy

Pros: awesome. its powering a 4850 for my mom, so even if its weak for load wattage, im not asking alot out of it. the biggest perk about this is that its so quiet, considering what i paid. its working like a charm!

Cons: none, i got what i paid for, and its better than most other stuff with this mentality.

Other Thoughts: my mom has been on intergrated gfx forever. i had a spare 4850, figured why not. i knew i did not need alot of watts, and didnt want to spend too much, or too little. saw this psu, the price was right, the wattage was more than enough, the deciding factor for me was how loud it may be. to my surprise, its really really quiet, considering what i paid, im so happy!

4 out of 5 eggs1st one was DOA, 2nd one works great

Pros: Good amount of power and amps for the price.

Cons: would have preferred the fan on the bottom as apposed to one in the front and one in the back, but for the price not too bad. I wish I didn't have to fork up another 11 bucks to RMA the first one, which means I paid almost 40 bucks for this PSU on sale.

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT PSU!

Pros: Quiet, sleek, and powerful.

It's handling a 6870, Phenom II 955@3.8GHZ, 4GB DDR3 XMS3, 500GB WD, DVDRW, tons of USB devices, and an M4N68T-M

Dual 12V rail is great!

Cons: Could use more molex connectors, but for the price, it's unbeatable.

Other Thoughts: 5 EGGS

4 out of 5 eggsStrong For 3 Years Until...

Pros: High advertised power ratings. Dual silent fans. Metal is painted black and smooth. Worked and still working (fingers crossed) for 3 years under normal usage until I stressed it out.

Cons: Unit started emitting a high pitched whine while the computer is off. This appeared to occur after I ran prime95 torture tests for maximum heat (up to 45°C) and power consumption on a recently purchased AMD Phenom II X3 CPU. I don't think this PSU was meant to be continuously stressed for hours.

Other Thoughts: I unplugged everything from the power supply and the whining is still there. Flipping the rocker switch on the power supply stops the whining. The whining sounds like an old hard drive spinning up on power up and spinning down on shutdown. This PSU will probably last quite a while under normal usage.
