- Pros: Good price for the power.
- Cons: Burned out after less than a year.
- Other Thoughts: Luckily the rest of the box was okay. Able to swap out burned psu with another OCZ 700 psu and booted right up. Sounds like they might have a bad batch and burns out the psu at the six month range. We'll see how is the RMA experience.

Worked for 6 Months (Correction)

- Cons: See other thoughts
- Other Thoughts: To be fair to OCZ it turns out they did advance ship my replacement before they closed my support ticket.
OCZ "Stealth"xStream
- Pros: It's a power supply that provides consistent power. It hasn't blown up or fried my computer yet.
- Cons: I got this to replace a cheap Ultra 500 W PSU. I thought that it would be quiet since it has "stealth" in the name and quite a few reviewers said it was quiet. However, it's the loudest component in my home-built computer which I'm very disappointed with. The fan is at a constant high (loud) speed that drowns out every other sound in the computer.
- Other Thoughts: I still gave 4 eggs since it powers my computer sufficiently without any problems so far. It's powering a Core 2 Quad Q8300, 4gb DDR2 800 RAM, 2 hard drives, and a Geforce GTX 260 with no problems. I have a support ticket with OCZ... we'll see what they say.

Manufacturer Response:Hello, our support staff will be happy to help you with troubleshooting. Basically, your fan should be moving a little air at idle with no load, and should be quiet. As you add load, your fan will speed up. If your fan is running at full blast, we will be glad to assist you with a replacement unit. Thank you
