5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!

Pros: This product is very well built especially for the price! Not much to say other then it works! Tried hot swapping a few drives which worked perfectly. Door design seems pretty sturdy so far!

Cons: - No SATA power attachment only molex connectors
- Bright blue LED (doesn't bother me personally, though)

Other Thoughts: Plan on grabbing a lot more of these now especially at this price!

5 out of 5 eggsLast and Last

Pros: What can i say, use everyday for more then a year and still working, even the fan is still working. i am ordering another one today, i use it like a second hard drive so it's plugged in and running with a drive in it all the time and i backup my work all day long

Cons: None, i love it

Other Thoughts: i can't hot swap mine have to shut down to switch drives. but that's not a problem for me.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Product

Pros: Works as advertised. Was very affordable. Fits right into a 5.25" drive bay no problem, and hot-swaps with no issues. Have yet to try it with Linux or VirtualBox in Windows 7 or Linux, but I expect no issues.

Cons: Keys do not stay inside the lock. Had they used a normal barrel lock, this would not be an issue.

4 out of 5 eggsNice But Only Lasted A Year

Pros: This thing has worked great from day one. I no longer need to dual boot. Opens and closes easy and the drive will pop right out. I really enjoyed this product while I was using it.

Cons: I had this for a year and I do swap drives a lot, twice a day, and the door broke in half. It still works but a pain in the rear to get the drives out. I am looking to replace it but it looks like the best/sturdiest Newegg has to offer. Plastic is plastic after all.

Other Thoughts: Even though this thing failed after one year that is a lot of time. I have been looking for a replacement because of the door failing and I have ordered the exact model again. From the looks of the competition and their prices this is the way to go.

4 out of 5 eggsKoutech IO-MRA320

Pros: Seems to be sturdy and fit bay with no issues. Works fine and little effort required to mount drive in unit as door is closed. I also like that it has its own little cooling fan.

Cons: Nothing really. Light is a little bright on the unit. I notice it more when I lower the lights to play games on line.

Other Thoughts: I like the metal construction vs cheaper plastic versions. Works as advertised.

1 out of 5 eggsNot so great

Pros: At least they ran one year.

Cons: I had these in a RAID5 backup server for one year. Someone alerted me that server had a burning smell coming from it. Upon examining the racks I found that all the fans are making a horrible noise and one rack had failed completely and had roasted. Now I have to replace them all. What fun.

4 out of 5 eggsdecent

Pros: good solid feel. small fan, doesnt make alot of noise. easy opening door. easy to get the HD in and out.

Cons: lock doesnt keep the door shut at all. so the lock is a huge waste if you are looking for one to keep locked. also the door did come off of its hinge. but it was an easy fix.

Other Thoughts: I took the back board off, and now its just hanging behind it, so i could plug the HD straight into my comp. and i dont plan on hot swapping HDs. so i made it a permant drive bay. cause my 2nd HD wouldnt fit with the first one. so i got this instead of a new case.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid

Pros: Nice construction, Solid feel. Easy installation.

Cons: Key doesn't stay in the lock. May be easy to lose. If the key would lodge in barrel lock it would be easy to find.

Other Thoughts: Just what I needed for extra drives.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect

Pros: I had an open 5.25" Drive bay and I wanted to run a SATA drive in it. This fit the need perfectly. It looks great and even comes with keys to lock the drive in.

Cons: For some this will be a con, you can't use a SATA power connector with the unit. This has been well documented, so consider yourself warned. Its funny because even the picture on the box shows the standard SATA 7 pin.

Other Thoughts: No other thoughts, its just cool. It would make an awesome hot swappable media drive for anyone. The way I'm using it, it won't be an issue. I'm going to wait and see how it holds up, as it will be running 24/7/365
