It's also powered, which is a large plus if you're using more than 2 devices in 3.0 environment. Cons: WILL NOT CHARGE (most) PHONES. Make sure you check the amps needed by your device(s). This is NOT a charging station. It's a fancy HUB, and devices like Printers usually have separate power. That's the expected use. Sabrent makes a 10 port charging station if you don't need the USB 3.0 networking ability that will deliver proper amperage to your devices through USB. Other Thoughts: Not docking any eggs for the cons. It's stated clearly in the specs, but did want to call it out in case people were thinking it would power and charge phones/tablets. It won't.
