Antec took years of experience and knowledge in building world-class power supplies and went back to the Basiq. The Antec Basiq BP350 power supply delivers dual +12V outputs for maximum stable power for your CPU independently of other peripherals. A single, well-place 80 mm fan keeps things cool. The built-in industrial-grade protection circuitry shields it from power and voltage surges.
One main connector (20 + 4 pin), one 12V (4 pin), one SATA, one floppy and four Molex peripheral connectors are more than enough for all your components. The Antec Basiq BP350's universal connector fits most branded motherboards, and it fully supports a wide range of boards and CPUs. The Antec Basiq BP350 does the job simply, efficiently and reliably, built to satisfy the demands of the entry-level power user or the budget minded system builder.

Quiet and sturdy.
- Pros: It's quiet, and has some weight to it; Not like these cheap power supplies that come with budget cases. It works, causes no interference, and I bet it will keep on working with no problems for years to come.
- Cons: None.
- Other Thoughts: People complain about 'only 350 watts', and say you need more for a modern system. Intel / AMD have been making processors running on 65W; much more efficient than older Pentium 4 / D machines that were 130W. Unless you are using an expensive graphics card, or are planning on some major OC'ing, 350 watts is plenty in a modern system.
Cost saver for low end needs
- Pros: Solid, reliable, great solution for older pc's with flaky psu's.
- Cons: Really inadequate for newer machines
- Other Thoughts: Antec's products are fantastic. Out of the 100+ PC I have custom built for clients outside of the office, I have only had one Antec PSU fail due to a blown cap after 3 years of daily service.

- Pros: was my first order from newegg.com i read the reviews on this and the cheaper unit with the same specs but didn' t see anyone mention on this that the wires were short so i paid the extra few bucks for this and ya... i think you would be better off with the 19.99$ model. All said and done though it arrived quickly and worked with no problems so far, easy to install and not bad for either price imo
- Cons: Cords are abit short other then that none yet
SAME AS BP350B BUT COSTS TOO MUCH
- Pros: NONE compared to the BP350B.
- Cons: Costs too much. The Antec model BP350B has *identical specs*, meaning that Antec has simply updated their manufacturing to make it less expensive to manufacture. Antec's own site doesn't even list the BP350B, just the BP350(A).
- Other Thoughts: This model has NO ADVANTAGES over the BP350B, but costs fifteen more for no good reason.
This will properly power the VAST majority of store-bought systems such as HP's, eMachine's, Dell's, etc., and any non-gaming home-built PC.
If you need more SATA power connectors, go to e-B.. and pick up good, cheap, generic 4-pin-Molex-2-SATA power connector adapter cables. Don't pay ridiculously high shipping costs for small, light components !!
Dead Out the Box
- Pros: Was looking for an replacement for eMachines psu (power supply)
- Cons: I bought one & it DOA !! Never again. I'll buy an Antec psu again .
- Other Thoughts: Newegg Very Fast Shipping!! & Great Customer Service
I Rma back to Newegg for a refund
