The Antec's CP series is exclusively designed for Antec's 1200/P183/P193 cases and provide an excellent price-to-performance ratio. The Antec CP-850 power supply features 80 PLUS certification, saving energy and your money. It also generates less heat, and enhances cooling with a super-silent 120mm PWM fan. The Active PFC circuitry further reduces impact on the power infrastructure resulting in cooler, quieter, and more environmentally friendly power.
The Antec New CP-850’s universal input capability, together with ATX12V v2.3 and EPS12V V2.91 compliancy lets you use it in a variety of situations without worrying about input voltages. Dedicated power circuitry, industrial grade protection circuitry, and Active PFC deliver safe, reliable output. Four +12V output circuits provide maximum stable power for the CPU independently of the other peripherals.
The modular design makes cable management easier. The main power cables are permanently attached, while all of the peripheral cables all plug into the back of the PSU. The cables are all wrapped in mesh for a cleaner installation. Bring new power to your system with this remarkable supply!
Pros: Does its job admirably. Performance wise this is the best power supply for the money right now provided you have one of antec's latest cases or you don't care about your PSU hanging out ouside of your case.
Cons: BE WARNED: This PSU is only for antec's Twelve Hundred, P183, and P190. It WILL NOT fit and be secured with screws inside any other case. This powersupply is part of Antec's mission to change the PSU standard from ATX to CPX. It is a MASSIVE powersupply. You've been warned.
Why Antec decided to mess with the many people who recently bought Nine Hundreds is beyond me but there you go. You've been warned.
Other Thoughts: I made the mistake of buying this thinking it was just your standard ATX power supply. I was soooo wrong. It is gargantuan. But since it's such an awesome PSU, I went ahead and decided to keep it and have it outside of my case.

Pros: Hybrid Cable Design means the cables you need are there and you can add any extra as needed. The larger size results in better cooling due to layout. The front to back fan system works better as it is straight through and does not have to turn in the PSU like other 120mm solutions. Power is stable and effeciency right on the mark.
Cons: None that I can find.
Other Thoughts: Dispite the people that cannot read before buying this is a great PSU. It is limited to three cases it will work in right now but this will likely expand. The new design lowers cost, increases air flow and makes a generally great PSU. Just be aware whne buying it that there is a case use limitation.

Pros: Great cable design... Made it real easy for me to hide behind my motherboard....My case is a 1200 so i had no issues with the installation....This thing has the cables and power to handle anything you throw at it.
Cons: none yet ...works great
Other Thoughts: I am lucky enough to have bought this in a combo with my antec 1200, if not i would have hated to have found out it didn't fit in my case.

Pros: Easy, easy, easy! Cables were set up EXACTLY right for my build, used zero modular cables for neat, easy, install. Has two separate PCIE cables, on different rails, for your mondo video cards in crossfire. Has a unique, open design to improve airflow. Has a REALLY quiet fan.
Cons: This PSU is designed to fit a certain, limited number of Antec cases, on of which I happened to buy. Not sure how well this unit would work in other cases.
