5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: I bought this back in black friday 2014 for 30 dollars. What a deal! I got it for my first pc build with an i5-4690k and gtx 760. Have had no problems at all so far. Quiet, many and long cable, just overall very reliable. Have had this for over half a year and ive had no problems with any pc parts. This is an amazing psu if you dont need sli or anything, in that case you'll probably need more wattage. If you can get this for 50 or below, its a no-brainer.

Cons: 7/10 too much water- IGN

Pros: Worked for 2 months

Cons: Died after 2 months of use. Replaced with a better brand, and everything is fine. Not going to be dealing with antec ever again.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid, cheap PSU

Pros: I picked this up when NewEgg had it on sale and have not been disappointed. Delivers power, hasn't died yet (going on 2 months).

Cons: Not modular (but for the price, what can you do?)

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent PSU

Pros: There is not much to say - this PSU has been great so far. Can't speak for the long-term longevity, but given that this is effectively a Seasonic... it's a high quality piece of hardware. It has a lot of cables, and they are long, so it should be able to work for large and "creatively arranged" builds. You always see recommendations for insane wattages for gaming builds, but the truth is a quality PSU is critical.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Because the cables are long and many (I consider this to be a pro, first and foremost), bundling cables out of the way can be a bit annoying. This is where modular units (or units with less connectivity) might shine. But I like to have the expansion options this PSU provides

5 out of 5 eggsGreat longevity

Pros: Has served me well for over 4 years now.Has always been reliable and efficient, quiet and rock solid.Plenty of connectors, and cables sufficient length for most cases, great PSU and for 70 bucks you can't beat it.

Cons: For the price ,what are you going to complain about?Great product. Just now having problems with the thermal protection feature after 4 yrs of continuous operation and heavy gaming is hardly a con, more of a pro.

Other Thoughts: I wish every component I buy for my PC's would be this trouble free for this long.

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: None,,,didn't test out the power supply..came DOA

Cons: came DOA..1st time and last time buying an Antec power supply. Sticking to Seasonic. Bought this power supply because they said it came with Seasonic parts AND it was a shell shocker plus $25 mail in rebate...but like they say " Cheap stuff come out to be more expensive in the long run" now i need to send this junk back and the sad thing is im overseas and not coming back to the states 6 months from now.

Other Thoughts: "LOOKS" well built, cables are really LONG! and lots of extra conectors.

5 out of 5 eggsIt works.

Pros: My video card stopped working in my computer. I put a new card in and it worked. But when I put the card I thought was broken in another computer it worked fine. So to make a long story short, I determined it was my power supply. Knowing Newegg has them on shell shocker all the time, I checked and found this one plus a mail in rebate. So I picked it up for maybe $40 after rebate.

Nothing to brag about. It works. It's quiet.

Cons: Not modular. I only put that because I had to put something.

4 out of 5 eggsBought on sale, does it's job but not worth the savings...

Pros: It's very quiet and has everything you need. Works well for the intended purpose and design.

Cons: Such a mess! The cords are kept grouped together, but they just keep getting tangled up. I bought a good case with great cable management so it wasn't a big deal for me. I took out most of my HDD trays to make room for all the extra cords. Some of the connectors were bent and/or put together improperly which made them impossible to use. This wasn't an issue for me because I didn't need to make sure of every connection on the PSU since I only have one optical drive and one HDD right now. If you're planning on a large build, I'd look elsewhere since the construction overall was cheap.

Other Thoughts: Looking back, the savings weren't worth it. I would have rather paid the extra money to go with a modular supply. Bronze certified really wasn't a concern and I figured I'd be just fine without a modular supply since my build was small... I was wrong. This PSU is just too bulky and cheaply made to be worth it to me. I'll be keeping it since the cons don't outweigh the pros for my build - but proceed with caution!
