5 out of 5 eggsSo far so good

Pros: 380w with low power consumption.
Has enough Molex and SATA disk cables for a NAS or mini file server.
Rear fan and no bottom fan. Pulls air through the front of the PSU and shoots it out through the back of the case.

Cons: None that I can find

Other Thoughts: Purchased this for an always on mini-file server. Old PSU went bad and looked for one with enough 24/7 reviews in the year range. This fit the bill and so far I have had no issues.
I am writing this review a bit early, but the fact that I have had multiple reboots and left this thing running days straight, I think it is time to give it a thumbs up. Heck, now-a-days anything that works out of the box is a good product.

5 out of 5 eggspower supply

Pros: Has enough of the correct connectors, for my computer. easy to install.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: When replacing a power supply, replace with a least the wattage of original. Or check motherboard wattage requirements. This is 80 watts more than my old one,It seems to have made the computer run a little faster.

5 out of 5 eggsSuper

Pros: Very good for 24/7 running office computer.
Affordable price.
Does not have gigantic fan which allows to use it with small case.
Nearly bullet proof quality in my opinion.

Cons: Expensive compare to another 350~400W competitor's products.

Other Thoughts: It will provide enough power for most onboard gpu computer such as HTPC, office/school PC. Good for 2~3U server rack case since fan is facing rear.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Power Supply.

Pros: The Antec power supplies I've purchased lately have all been great and I have several still in service after years of use.

Cons: Haven't found any so far.

Other Thoughts: I will continue to purchase these for our workstation builds in our office.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Power Supply for the Money

Pros: Affordable. Good connectors and length of wires. This thing is build very solid. Quiet fan and seems to handle pet hair and dust well in comparison to some of the other PSUs I've ran in a 24/7/365 machine.

Cons: A lot of wire. That's probably more of a Pro than a Con but I used this on an ITX build and it's like a jungle gym in there even with a lot of cable management.

Other Thoughts: I'm about 3 months in on this power supply and everything is running smoothly. I was impressed with how sturdy this thing felt when I got it. I had one 12v connector come apart(easily repairable), but otherwise like the feel of the connectors and wires. Power consumption seems right where it should be. I highly recommend this PSU.

Using it in a headless Linux(Ubuntu 14 w/Plex) media NAS:
Intel Pentium G3220
Asus H971-Plus Mini ITX
G.Skill Ripjaw X Series 4GB(2 x 2GB)
WD Red 3TB
WD Red 3TB (raid 5)
WD Red 3TB
Cooler Master Elite 130 Mini ITX Case

5 out of 5 eggsQuality You Can Feel

Pros: The construction of this PSU is top-notch. You can tell just by holding it that it is not made of cheap, second-rate materials and after installing it I can say that this unit runs like a champ. Great for small media PC or home server like mine that isn't going to need a lot of juice.

Cons: Not modular, but I knew that going into it. Unit is somewhat heavier than I expected, which is both a pro and a con I guess.

Other Thoughts: As many other reviewers have said, it doesn't include a power cord. I knew this when I purchased it as it says so right in the product description. I have several extra power cords around the house, so this was a non-issue for me.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid.

Pros: Lowest 80Plus power supply I could find. No point in getting a 500W supply for a 10W CPU. 3 HDDs, one SSD, and one J2900 CPU idling at 30W.

Cons: None.
