Pros: This is the quietest fan-cooled power supply I've ever owned and I've been trying to find quiet units for a long time. It has the perfect balance of fixed and modular cables. I am running a large load including an OC'ed quad and two OC'ed GPUs. I'm only seeing 0.05V drop under load. This is a beautiful PS in looks and performance.
Cons: Costs too much. No power switch.
Other Thoughts: People here complain about bizarre stuff. This is a great power supply, period.

Zalman Power Supplies

Pros: Very quiet and reliable. Has large fan and keeps the PSU very cool. Enough connections for all your goodies including up to 4 Video cards in SLI.No problem fitting into a Stacker 830 case. Plenty of room and easy cable management. Tons of extra cables.
Cons: Wish they produce a 1,000 watt and keep the same foot print. Add more modularity of cables. Offer a lighted fan for gamers cases like the Stacker 830.
Other Thoughts: Zalman is becoming a major player in Power Supples now and has a very good reputation for all of their fans and your cooling needs.

Pros: I am a gamer and wanted lots of power for getting a good video card so I got this. I have not regretted it at all. I plan on going crossfire soon and this baby definitely has the juice to do it. I bought this in early march 09 and it has been going strong.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Other Thoughts: I will be buying zalman again for my psu needs.

Pros: Great power, good cooling. Good array of cables. I have an Antec 900 case which is a bottom mount case which is a good thing because it is fairly big and heavy. See the cons for the only cable complaint. Running a 5870 GPU and will crossfire before long, 2 hard drives, 2 optical drives and several USB toys and so far rock solid and QUIET.
Cons: The only thing I can really find to pick on is the CPU cable, I am running a Gigabyty UD5P board and the cable is almost too short. With the layout of this particular setup the cable runs almost over the top of the CPU cooler which could interfere with the fan at some point. Really this cable needs to be a couple inches longer for comfort. The ONLY reason this is a 4 egg is the CPU cable, really should be longer, it could be a problem in a full tower case.

Pros: Well, it has plenty of plugs and power. It's heavy duty....
Cons: I'm sitting here typing this review with a cringe on my face. Over the past few days my ZM850 has developed this High Pitched whistle that is SOOO Friggen Annoying! I have cleaned it, NO dust inside, STILL there! I can even hear the pitch change when I scroll through a browser window. I don't know of I am about to experience a PSU failure, but this can not be tolerated.
