Cons: This thing is super cheaply made and did not ship with an IDE/PATA cable or a molex 4 pin power connector, despite the pics showing these cables in the item description.

Its useless and its being returned.

Pros: Bought this to put a 160GB HDD in so i didnt always have to open my case to do backups. Works perfectly

Cons: vary hard to mount you have to hook the cables place the Drive on the board then mount it as if you mount it 1st you cant hook the cables. The back panel that slides in DOES NOT stay put i had to tape it on but no big deal. if you hate leaving fingerprints this thing is glossy and shows every print not a bad thing however.

Other Thoughts: Not sure about the bad reviews i have never in the 4 years buying from Newegg ever bought a faulty item. Everything i have gotten from Newegg has always exceeded my expectations.

Pros: great paperweight

Cons: Logic board was dead on arrival.

LEDs Were Bright.
Lightweight [Without The HDD].
HDD Mounts Fine.

Cons: Was Not Recognized At All On Windows Computers I Used (WinXP, Win7, Ubuntu 11.04).
No Power Switch.

Other Thoughts: I May Have Just Gotten A Faulty One. Testing With Multiple HDDs Has Not Shown Any Results, I Cannot Read Anything From The HDD.

Pros: Cheap. Appears to work.

Cons: Screws to hold hard drive to platform on the inside are too short/small and don't actually reach the hard drive with enough threads to hold.

The side screws are extremely tight going in, provided screwdriver doesnt work well enough, and the cheap screws stripped really easily.

Pros: -Aluminum casing.
-Was able to power on.

Cons: -Did not work at all (tested on different computers and hdds).
-HDD was quite warm after 10 minutes being on.

Other Thoughts: If the product was supposed to require drivers, the driver disk was useless.

Pros: Price is affordable

Cons: Power supply was DOA out of box

Other Thoughts: i used to get these all the time because they were a solid product. lately i been getting them with bad power supplies. 3rd one out of the last 5 i got.

Pros: Uhm...... it demonstrates what happens when pins get shorted?

Cons: Everything is a con. RMA'd the first one, got the new one. Put electrical tape over the connections on the board to keep it from frying. It turns out, all along, it doesn't support NTFS. FAT16 or FAT32 only. This is only stated in the manual, as a final note. Isn't Masscool supposed to be American made? It's obviously Chinese, given the poor grammer in the manual. I'll never buy another Masscool product again.
