Pros: all attached components work perfect without drops, timeouts, skips, or delays. no additional power needed. nice and small for only $3.99 and free shipping, arrived in two days with UPS

Other Thoughts: w 8 x64. have a keyboard, wireless mouse, webcam, and tv tuner plugged into this unit and all work perfect.

Pros: It worked for about an hour.

Cons: It shorted where the cord and the hub connect within first usage. No foul play and no miss use.

Other Thoughts: Didnt want to waste the time going through return procedures.

Pros: Excelent size, finish. Its cheap without the cheap appearance

Cons: Maybe the cable in black would look better

Other Thoughts: I bought this to sit on my desk, I ran a usb extension cable from my machine up to it. It works very well, although I had some trouble plugging in a USB stick into a port with something else next to it, so had to rearrange the plugs and use it on the end one. I wish the male connector had a little longer cable, but if it did it wouldn't be so compact. This would be ideal for travel and works great. No drivers or anything silly like that on Linux. Great price, quick shipping, etc etc that you expect from Newegg.

Cons: CHEAP, don't waste your time. Did not work for most of my devices -- even the simple ones like my keyboard. My wireless USB mouse it did work with and supplied power (which was odd since a simple keyboard wouldn't work). I have about 10 devices and most of them would NOT work with the hub, but are just fine when plugged directly into the computer/motherboard.

Pros: It was a fine hub while it worked.

Cons: I pulled the hub off the shelf to use it one day just to find that it had completely stopped working. I contacted IOGEAR support as it was under warranty for an RMA, but that is pointless as

"I am sorry but this is the only option for RMA replacement. The customer is responsible for the one way shipping."

Shipping costs MORE then a replacement hub. For something so cheap they should just replace it (with proof of destruction of original) or send a manufacturer coupon. Expecting it to be shipped is ridiculous.

Pros: Works well, small form factor, very well priced.

Cons: Short, right angle connector can be a nuisance, but does not detract from functionality and is useful in some circumstances.

Pros: Cheap, looks nice

Cons: With any movement of cables connection is lost. Makes using on a laptop impossible. Useless

Other Thoughts: only use I see it being used for is for flash drives, but even then unless its kept completely still, connection will be lost

Pros: When it worked it was fine

Cons: Bought this on 9/7/12. Today, 1/10/13, in the midst of doing a number of things requiring ALL FOUR ports, the darn thing died. The little green light is on but all that means is that it's on, not working. I am SO MAD. True, this isn't the most hi-end hub to be had, but come on, not even 4 months out and it's history. Doesn't Anyone make Anything Anymore that lasts? Cripes.
