5 out of 5 eggsGreat KVM

Pros: It works great. I have had no issues to date (almost 2 years). The remote switch is great, I have the KVM on the computer and the switch up on the desk fro easy access. The audio switched flawlessly. Best KVM I have used to date.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little KVM

Pros: Small, feels well constructed. I really like having the button on a wire that can be placed in a convenient spot while having the actual KVM tucked away out of sight.

Cons: It's only VGA, but for what I"m using it for it's fine. Just keep this in mind if you're looking for a KVM and need HDMI or DVI.

5 out of 5 eggsSupports Gaming Keyboards.

Pros: Does not emulate USB. Complete pass through of USB ports. Long *enough for me* cables. You can use a hub to pass through (recommend powered hub). I calculate 3 seconds for the the mouse to start working again.

Cons: *really a windows con because of the constant usb removal and connection acknowledgements. I lowered my system volume. If you switch from a computer that is on to a computer that is off (if you backlit leds) they will stay on until you disconnect and reconnect the usbs.

Other Thoughts: I dont use the VGA or Audio jacks. I really only use it for the usbs because i have dual monitors.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: Small, attached USB devices / audio just works.

Cons: VGA in 2014? Please make some affordable DVI/HDMI/DP KVMs.

Other Thoughts: I did not bother with the VGA ports.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks 99% of the time

Pros: - Easy to use/simple.
- I prefer the hardware switch that this has vs. pure software switch.
- Works well between a Win 7 PC and an older Mac

Cons: On a couple of occasions the mouse just stopped responding. After a reboot, it started working again.

5 out of 5 eggsNice switch!!!!!

Pros: I'm liking this a lot. Having a actual button where I want it is great. No installations required with windows server 2003 or windows server 2008, so all other win versions should be fine. Cords to the PC's are decently long in my opinion.

Cons: Give it a few minutes after booting. Although it works flawlessly, it does take about 5 minutes for the keyboard and mouse to be acknowledged. Would have liked a longer cord for the button switch just for better placement options. Because of the design, the hub is a bit bulky but not horrible by ant\y means. Just be aware putting on the floor may not be a option if you have a big desk or all cords may not reach to where you want.

Other Thoughts: I'm using it on 2 small business servers side by side with a 17" non widescreen monitor, USB mouse/keyboard. Not using speakers or mic so can't comment on that, but the audio cords come with caps on them and is nice. The button cord could be a bit longer to give better placement options, but is long enough for me. If this lasts, I'm gonna buy some more to have on hand, its that good.

1 out of 5 eggsDisapointed with Warranty

Pros: Works with the exception that the audio does not work

Cons: The audio does not work. I ordered a replacement that does work. When I contact either Newegg or IOGear they want me to send it back with me paying for the shipping. This item only costs $23. Not worth my time or money. I have had this a little over a month. I won't be buying another IOGear product.
