Pros: Easy to set up, starts up quickly - really not a lot to say, other than it does everything it's supposed to. Very handy gizmo for accessing or transferring files.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: This is my second Aluratek HDD docking product, and they have both worked well.
