5 out of 5 eggsCan't go wrong

Pros: Bought this because it was on sale with a rebate. I've had it running for 3 months and it hasn't failed yet. The cable layout is perfect in the Antec Three Hundred case and it powers my fairly tame and old PC with no issues (X6 1090T & ATI 4850).

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsReally good and quiet

Pros: I wanted a quiet psu for a bedroom media center and this one really is. It seems to move enough air that i don't need any other case fans with my small AMD non-discreet graphics build. I had previously used Antec Earthwatts 380 (the Seasonic one) and this seems to be of similar high quality. The cables are nicely sleeved and plenty long for a full ATX build if you needed it. Also comes with PCIE 6-pin and CPU 8-pin (although I didn't need them). Plenty of molex and sata for any reasonable build.

Cons: I can't think of any cons- as long as it lasts.

Other Thoughts: For the price, I'm very happy. I didn't bother to look up who the real manufacturer was; but, my overall impression is that this is just as good as the old Seasonic Earthwatts PSUs I've used before.

1 out of 5 eggsGreat feeling build, but...

Pros: Cables nicely protected.
Solid feeling build.

Cons: Unfortunately, the unit started to smoke a couple seconds after powering it on. A cable plugged into a DVD drive also started to smoke, hopefully it still works.

Other Thoughts: Guess my luck finally caught up with me after never having a bad PSU. I prefer EVGA's graphics cards, but will be more wary with their PSU's.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid PSU

Pros: Steady, unwavering power

Cons: None. Has reliably worked for 3 months without issue.

Other Thoughts: Definitely a great PSU. I was worried I'd run up against the 430W's it puts out, but it handles my Radeon HD 7850 OC Edition and my 6 core CPU with a single hard drive and optical drive without even breaking a sweat.

5 out of 5 eggsGlad I gave this a try

Pros: Already having a few of the popular Corsair 430's I thought I'd give this EVGA a try and my first impression is a positive one. It just looks cleaner and the attention to details like tie wraps under the shrink tubing are nice. The cables are also a bit easier to wrangle because the mesh is more flexible than the Corsair. And finally, using my high tech paper towel tube test it might even be a bit quieter - a definite plus.

Cons: Slightly lower efficiency but that should not be much of a factor due to the limited power on hours this particular machine will get.

Other Thoughts: Unlike their competitor EVGA was not wavering about their Haswell support.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Seemed of good quality, no issues

Cons: The CPU 4+4 pin and motherboard 20+4 pin expansions didn't lock together, so I had to do them individually which was also difficult because the cables are really stiff.

Other Thoughts: Only used for a few days, so I can't speak for reliability.

5 out of 5 eggsSweet Deal

Pros: 1- Quality build
2- 80 Plus
3- Quiet cooling fan (just as quiet as Antec Neo Eco 400c watt PSU)
4- All cabling of adequate length
5- Single +12v rail
6- 430 continuous watts
7- 3 yr warranty

Cons: 1- Like to seen a DBB cooling fan
2- Was not free LOL

Other Thoughts: Info posted by Newegg is incorrect. This PSU had 4 SATA and 3 molex connectors. Its extremely quiet and there has been no coil whine. All cabling is meshed and long enough for any build/case too. At current price you can not go wrong with this power supply. I can assure you based upon personal experience its better quality than Corsair's 430 watt version. Always confirm your graphics card wattage/amperage requirements before purchasing a PSU less than 500 watts.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid, cheap, dependable PSU

Pros: Solid construction, known entity (EVGA has been pushing out quality products for over a decade), cheap after rebate (and really not terrible without a rebate). Matte black finish looks very nice. Cables are tethered nicely. Active PFC. Nice warranty.

Cons: Not much to complain about. If you want modular capability, cough up the money to get it.

Other Thoughts: Perfect for a AMD APU setup. Ordered 3 of these and they are working perfectly.

5 out of 5 eggsAs Advertised

Pros: Used in a small/cheap gaming build for a friend.
Very sturdy design and looks great in the case.
For the price you really can't go wrong with this one. I was able to get it with a $20 rebate

Cons: None that I found

Other Thoughts: If you don't have a lot of power hungry hardware then this is a great PSU. I actually wish I would've bought another when the $20 rebate was available
