Cons: - The I had the power supply for about 4 months now. It has always been protected by my APC Back-UPS 1000G and yet for some reason one night when i was done using my PC, i pressed Start>Shutdown and went to bed. When i woke up to work on my PC the next morning, i pressed the power button to see my LED's flash for a split second, then the PC turn off. When i unplugged my power cable and plugged it back in, it did the same thing. For a split second turned on, Then off. I check my UPS for any power surges and nothing happened overnight. So basically my PSU magically died over night!

BUT thank goodness EVGA's customer support is 10/10 and i have a new one shipping right now!

Other Thoughts: Would recommend buying. I don't think this random magic PSU killer will strike your PSU. 8/10 for me!

Other Thoughts: I buy most hardware from newegg, great service and speedy deliveries and as such thought I'd post a review here. On sale is the way to go with this supply, next time its on sale and you're looking for a supply- pick this one up. Comes with all cables and accessories you need.

Cons: - CPU2, all SATA, and all Periph connectors run on rail 3

Other Thoughts: This power supply is solidly built, has plenty of connectors, is fully modular, and has high efficiency. I like the rail setup: 1 dedicated rail for the MB and CPU1, 2 dedicated rails for graphics cards, and 1 more rail for all SATA devices, all peripherals, and a second CPU. Given how much power is drawn by graphics cards, the MB and the CPU, isolating each of these onto their own rails is a good design. However, I wonder about the wisdom of putting all SATA devices, all peripherals, and a second CPU on a rail together. I don't think there are many setups where this might actually cause a problem, but if you're building a dual-CPU machine, it's worth consideration.

-Nice all-black cables with sheathing for a clean look

Cons: -Some of the connectors are really hard to get in/out

Pros: Full modular with 2 CPU connectors and 4 PCIE.
Relatively cheap.

Cons: A bit big.
First one died rapidly, about 2 weeks after receiving it. Will have to go through RMA...
