1 out of 5 eggsTERRIBLE!

Pros: Inexpensive.

Cons: Printing looked terrible and washed out. There's a dark ring where the suface is too thin over the hub. I've already started to get errors on my discs after less than a year.

Other Thoughts: Buy this only if you don't care about the stuff you put on your media. But then why burn it at all?

1 out of 5 eggsDo NOT buy Memorex---especially this line

Pros: Cheap.

Cons: Memorex media has been in steady decline for a long time. I have owned various optical media from them for years (I don't by all the media I use). I have experienced DOA rates of this line of DVD media over 10%! This is totally unacceptable. Beyond this, the media degrades exceptionally quickly and only a few month's (proper) storage has already rendered several discs partially failed beyond recovery.

Additionally, the blank surface for printing has a discolored section in the middle where the inner ring transparency shows through (which doesn't happen on other, higher quality, brands).

Other Thoughts: DO NOT BUY MEMOREX. It is totally unreliable media for any purpose. Their low prices are a false economy. Vxxxatum media has served me orders of magnitude better.

5 out of 5 eggsDVD media

Pros: I have burned over 200 DVD's and I leave it set to burn at 16x. I have two Plextor Burners.I burn two at a time and I have not had a single coaster. Great media and the price can't be beat.

Cons: Can not find anything wrong with this media.

Other Thoughts: I get excellent service from New Egg,Thanks!

1 out of 5 eggsAll Junk, every single one

Pros: none

Cons: I've burned 10 of them since they came in yesterday and every single one is junk. There are errors on every disk. Doesn't matter if I burn at 16x, 12x, 8x, or 6x.

Other Thoughts: Save your money and get some Vxxxxtims.

Cons: if u use it in 8X, it will work fine

Other Thoughts: they only bad thing about these DVDs is that you get too many problem in 16X. works better in 8X, i burned 10 DVDs in 16X and 2 of them completed sucesfully. with 8x all of the ones i burned worked perfectly!
