Memorex 4.7GB 16X DVD-R Inkjet Printable 100 Pack Spindle Disc

Pros: Good burn results, nice print through my HP inkjet

Cons: I never burn more than 4x to get reliable results with any discs, if you go over 8x, you are asking for coasters

Pros: Worked when first purchased, only a few coasters here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Cons: After not having burned anything in a while (7-10 months), I turned back to these disks for a few things I needed to burn. 3 discs I tried failed to be recognized, 5 of them burned until the end and failed completion, and 2 other actually finished. Frustrated, I updated by DVD Writer's firmware (Samsung SH-S202J from SB02 to SB03), but still nothing changed. I opened up a new pack of Verbatim's I was waiting to open and burned 5 discs consecutively with no issues.

Other Thoughts: The Memorex's were stored on a shelf away from any direct sunlight and never exposed to any temperature extremes. I've been using Memorex's since I started burning DVDs and never had this much of a problem. I wasn't impressed with the new printable discs. Stick with the non-printable ones or change to a different brand.

Pros: good burns so far only 1 coster a lot better then the verbatum brand witch had many costers

Pros: Very good quality. Very small ID, 20mm so you can fit a lot of image on the cd.

Pros: Now on my second spindle of 100 and NO coasters yet (printing at 8X to be safe). Excellent printing surface for my HP5160D.

Other Thoughts: I have never had a problem with any DVD-R's in the past using Lite-On SHM-165H6S drive. Most burns fail with this media.

Pros: The latest version I received have media code RITEKF1, and they work from 4x to 16x. As the reviewer before said, burn @ 16x and you are asking for trouble, stick to 8x, and you'll be fine. Works great with Wii, PS2, and original Xbox. Great print surface, and very fast drying! Get 'em!

Cons: They weren't free! But in all seriousness 7 cents more per DVD is a great deal over the regular 100 pack for $25 bux.

Other Thoughts: Using a Pioneer and NEC Burner, and both work @ 8x no problem.

Pros: I've purchased this same 100 pack many times over. Quality is excellent for Movies, Wii, & Xbox and backups. Print surface is perfect for your Epson printers. I typically do not burn @ 16x, because you are just ask for trouble. Stick to 8x, you get a quality burn, and excellent print results! Buy it now!

Cons: I'd like to get 200 discs @ this price, but @ 32 cents, it's not too bad over non-printable 100 packs.

Other Thoughts: Wish the DVD+R DL's printables weren't so darn expensive.
