1 out of 5 eggsManufacuring 'Cake' Packaging impossible to turn.

Pros: Can't say, can't use product, See Con's

Cons: The packaging is WAY too hard to turn as directed. It is as if the thing is melded together or one piece plastic. I have had the strongest people in my house and our neighbors try to open this product.

Oh, looks easy enough. I may have to resort to some kind of clippers to cut into at the top. Som sharp ended shears or somthing like that?

Amazing!! Why do manufactures challege thier users in thier packaging, I'll never know. I have other products I have bought, that are simply not logical, let alone convenient to open. If I am luck not to destroy or render the product useless.

Has anyone else had trouble just trying to Counter-Clockwise this 'cake' style container? If so, sure would like to know what the trick is? :)

Other Thoughts: I will update this IF and WHEN I gain access to the DVD's.
Memores, please re-Think your packaging. Make it come off easier or something. Image if someone had a little arthritis in one hand?

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great LightScribe DVDs at a reasonable price from a trustworthy brand. No coasters. Labeling looks good if you don't set it to speed-burn. Matter of fact, I run all my burning at the slowest possible setting.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsWorked for me

Pros: Good lightscribe contrast, quality feel.

Cons: I had 5 out of 150 fail. I don't know if it was the DVD duplicator's fault... I just figured I'd mention that.

Other Thoughts: I bought 150 of these to burn video of a seminar I recorded and sell them to the attendees. They worked great.

5 out of 5 eggsNo coasters

Pros: Very inexpensive for LightScribe media.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I have used Verbatim, HP, Maxell and Memorex LightScribe DVD's. They are all excellent; Memorex discs are just as good as Verbatim or Maxell, despite being much less expensive. I like 'em!

5 out of 5 eggsAs good as expected!

Pros: Great media for a great price. I've burned movies to about 40 out of 50 discs so far without a single bad disc.

Cons: Lightscribe technology itself needs some improvement, but that's not the fault of these discs. (And it still beats my lousy handwriting.)

Other Thoughts: I would buy these again.
