5 out of 5 eggshappy customer

Pros: Works nicely with no probs so far, big quiet fan, quality product. Great deal w/ the rebate. Lovely blue lights in my case make me happy.

Cons: Wish it was modular. All the extra connections make for a mess in a small case but no big deal.

5 out of 5 eggsFlawless

Pros: Really easy installation
Runs flawlessly
Pretty Blue Lights
Rebate was Quick.

Cons: Nothing

Other Thoughts: Had to upgrade my PSU with very little knowledge about about the inside of a PC - Simple and easy to install. The price was right for the time

5 out of 5 eggsEarned my full trust and confidence

Pros: Super quiet, huge 120mm fan keeps it pulling cool fresh air never had a heating issue, Plenty of SATA and Molex connections to accomplish any setup or future proof, cable length is just right never too short, Connections are very tight and strong, Fully protected with thermal, over voltage, short, etc., Bright blue LEDs are blue not off color very nice. Well made with a perfect price on such a great unit!

Cons: Cables are not module and can easily become a mess but I was aware of this at time of purchased, easily Remedy with cable ties. Connections are sometimes very tight making for a hard removal, but I would rather them be tight. Con: wish I purchased mine from newegg.

Other Thoughts: Excellant CPS. Earned my full trust and confidence in it. I've owned the AZZA 500w over a year in my secondary PC and it is one of the best power supplies ever owned! Some people complain about it being loud? It is so quiet I can not hear it run! I also have the AZZA Dynamo 850w in my primary PC and I can say the same thing for it also. Just a great CPS

4 out of 5 eggsTEMP STAND-IN POWER SUPPLY STAYS

Pros: Surprising good quality for such a low price.
Has enough power for all my goodies.
It is quiet.
Pretty enough to be put in the window.
All the cables are sheathed--nice touch!
They give you a nice little box that you can attach to the inside of the case. A great place to hide your stash but there's a hole in it!--so be careful!

Cons: Not really a con but wish it was modular.
The plugs are molded a little out of spec but it makes the plugs tight--better than loose!

Other Thoughts: I bought this as a replacement for a PS (expensive) that I thought was going bad. I replaced it with this (cheap) one but had the same problem. I found out the hard way that one of the usb ports on my Antec case had actually shorted out and caused the intermittent shut downs. I just left the AZZA in place and it has been running flawless ever since. I run it on anEVSA mobo with twin 8800's, Azuntech sound card,ATI tv tuner, one optical drive, 4 hard drives, quad core cpu a bunch of fans and lights and a NZXT fan controller with custom made power cables etc...not to mention all the usb peripherals. So far so good!

5 out of 5 eggsQuite and powerful

Pros: Very quite! Nice blue led light. Fan works only as hard as it needs to to keep the unit cool. Great connectors, black.

Cons: None...

Other Thoughts: The connectors do seem a little tight when and if you need to remove them for any reason, but that is no con.

3 out of 5 eggsOverall positive

Pros: It's cheap with the rebate.
Works with my cheaper mid-range components.
Blue LED's.
The fan on my unit was quiet, too bad my other fans aren't.
Odd plastic cable storage box with Velcro to attach it inside the case. I've never seen a case this box would fit well in, it's almost perfectly square with a hole in one side. It did give me the idea of using a flat plastic fishing lure box for the same purpose.

Cons: The MOLEX connectors are the hardest to plug in I've ever encountered.
I don't think I'd trust it with higher end equipment. It's not lightweight like a Chinese knockoff but not heavy like a Corsair/Antec. I've no way to test the voltages but the connectors and lack of looming aren't very good indicators.

Other Thoughts: So far so good. Looks to be worth it with the rebate.

4 out of 5 eggsLoud, but cool looking

Pros: 1) It's got a nifty case with a velco attachment to store your loose cables in.
2) The bright blue lights passing through the intake holes look cool.

Cons: 1) This fan is probably as loud as an industrial fan four times its size.
2) The molex connectors are possibly a little bit mis-molded, making connecting and disconnecting components quite a pain.
3) The 2x 4 pin ATX connectors are a tad short.

Other Thoughts: Good deal so far, no problems. However, if you don't like loudness, don't buy this thing.
