Offering stable power at an entry-level price, the Fractal Design Integra R2 Series power supply units (PSUs) is of great value. It is ideal for medium-performance gaming computers and workstations.

The visual appearance of Integra R2 Series PSUs is proof of Fractal Design’s commitment to providing innovative computer components infused with stylish, elegant, contemporary Scandinavian design.

  • newegg 80 PLUS Bronze certified efficiency Integra R2 PSUs meet the 80 PLUS Bronze specification for providing power with an efficiency that is typical of PSUs with much higher price points. Additionally, because Integra R2 PSUs generate less heat, they provide power at lower fan speeds, which results in reduced noise levels.
  • newegg Excellent Electrical Performance Fractal Design Integra R2 Series PSUs feature excellent DC voltage regulation and ripple suppression: they can deliver their full-rated wattage continuously even with an intake temperature as high as 40°C.
  • newegg Extremely short 140 mm case Integra R2 PSUs are only 140mm long, which accommodates the smallest ATX-compatible computer cases on the market.
  • newegg Silent, temperature-controlled 120mm fan Generally, larger fans move more air with less noise than smaller fans: Integra R2 Series PSUs are equipped with a large, low speed, temperature controlled 120mm fan, which keeps noise level down.
  • newegg Extra-long ATX12V cable Integra R2 PSUs are equipped with a 650mm long 12V ("P4") connector cable, which accommodates bottom-mounted-PSU computer cases.
  • newegg Computer protection Integra R2 PSUs feature an impressive suit of computer protection, including: Over Power Protection, Over Voltage Protection, Short Circuit Protection, Under Voltage Protection and Over Current Protection.

4 out of 5 eggsLooking good!

Pros: Very nice build quality. Silent. Easy fit. Trouble-free installation. So far, no problems under load.

Cons: None, so far.

Other Thoughts: Never bought a fractal design product before. Read many reviews prior to committing to this purchase. Am happy after seeing this unit. The build quality is outstanding. It fit into my HP mid-size case easily. The unit is absolutely silent under full load - playing Battlefield 4 online on Ultra settings - not a peep. So far, so good. I'm impressed.

Just ordered a new motherboard and processor that will further stress this unit - I will update this review in the near future.

Would recommend to others.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: Quiet, reliable, small

Cons: Cables are HUGE

Other Thoughts: I bought this PSU with my 270x gpu and I couldnt be happier with its performance. I had never gone with Fractal before so I was a little apprehensive about getting a PSU from them but a few reviews on reputable sites convinced me. Very solid, would buy again for another build

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing so far!

Pros: Went in painless. For 90 bucks is like a steal so far. Ample amounts of connectors and long enough to reach anything in my Rosewill Throne-W tower.

Cons: Not a serious con but just a small issue. The 24 pin connector for the main power was a tight fit. I don't know if it was just me being nervous of pushing too hard but I had to work a little with it. It fit all the way in though.I use the MSI Z87-GD65 MoBo so if you match these two just be patient and work it in.

Other Thoughts: I will update later in life but for now I am probably going to not only recommend it to others and anyone reading this BUT I plan on purchasing this for my Fiance for her rig when the time comes.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: There is not much I can say about a PSU, but it stays quiet and it is stable. It's not some PSU that stops working after one month and destroys all of your investments.

Cons: None at this time.

Other Thoughts: Keep in mind it is not modular, so you will have to find some place to put all of the unused wires somewhere.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Power supply

Pros: This power supply fits perfectly in my Dell Optiplex 790 MT system. I am using this to replace the stock power supply from Dell. This unit runs very quietly and had connectors for all my devices.

Cons: None. Would only be better if it had a rebate with it.
