1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: all burned completely

Cons: when played, all discs showed errors just before it ends

Other Thoughts: Primarily used as a back up for some of my 3D bluray movies. a waste of money, worst 50gb discs I bought . Used TDK from Japan, all played flawlessly.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Media! ALWAYS UPDATE your Firmware!!

Pros: Optical Quantum media works just great & can usually be found on Sale if you are patient. As I have stated in a previous review, DO NOT burn media faster than what it is rated for - it doesn't matter that your burner/software will allow you burn at faster speeds ---- it isn't worth it if you end up with Coasters!! Don't be so impatient and burn at the rated speed of the media, I usually write BD-R media (SL & DL) at 4x using the FREE PROGRAM Imgburn to set the writing speed of the media & the program can be used to update your Firmware Version for your burner - I have used it for various brands to do this.

Cons: I wish the price would be closer to $1/disc or less, but that hasn't happened yet. If you wait for coupon codes, you can usually find them for around $1.90/disc

Other Thoughts: Update your Firmware! Update your Firmware! Download the FREE PROGRAM Imgburn and Update your Firmware!
....You want to know why you are having problems with this or other BD-R media? That is most likely why ALONG with burning FASTER than what the media is rated for - you are only asking for problems when you burn too fast - be patient!! When you have the latest/updated Firmware for your burner, it will make your burner MORE compatible with different brands of media & make your burns more stable with better quality results! I have been using BD-R media for over 2 years now and have rarely had coasters - it does happen occasionally, if you use blank media long enough, sooner or later you will get some bad stock. For the most part, coasters are due to user error, so do as I've recommended & save yourself some aggravation. I use a lot of Optical Quantum media with rarely a coaster. I have also used Memorex and other brands as well - but I usually use OQ because I find it on sale often and I rarely have problems. I use 3 different LG burners (the first being LS10W30 model) and they all work well with this and other media brands - I also have a Pioneer 209 burner as well - no problems. In case you are wondering, I use DVDFab & Imgburn to back up my Movies, that way the originals aren't damaged, especially when I lend them out! While DVDFab and other programs like it have their own burning engines, Imgburn integrates with DVDFab seamlessly and gives me a better, consistent quality burn that I can and do set the burn speed for a specific brand of media. I'm trying to offer some advice from my experience in backing up probably over 200 of my Blu-Ray movies.

5 out of 5 eggsSuperb Performance

Pros: I have used 3 of these discs already and I must say I am impressed with their quality and performance. I have burned data at 4x with no problems. I usually will burn at lower speeds than disc will support, but I will try my next burn at its rated speed. I have no doubt it will perform flawlessly. The disc themselves are attractive (no big logos) and feel sturdy, not cheap like others I've tried.

Cons: none so far

1 out of 5 eggsJUNK!

Pros: None

Cons: Bought it on sale. Out of the 10 discs, only 3 are burned ok, the other 7 discs are not even recognized by the burner, just keeping spinning, making a loud noise.

Other Thoughts: DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! I learned my lesson.

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY!

Pros: NONE

Cons: Every single disk failed to even start the burning process.

Other Thoughts: I have been using Optical Quantum BD-SL disks for some time now with no problems at all. These are garbage. What a waste of money.

1 out of 5 eggsWill not work with my Pioneer BDR-203 Blueray burner

Pros: Price is good and the 25GB work fine.

Cons: The 50 GB DL have a different sub-straight than the 25GB and my Pioneer burner will not even recognize them. Probably caused by either laser strength or sub-straight reflectivity. They are all down the drain....

4 out of 5 eggsNo real problems So Far

Pros: Fast ship and quality product! Haven't any real issues, with the occasional coaster within the bindle. I've purchased several of these packages whenever they're on sale. Haven't had too many issues with playback or durability.

Cons: Pricing could be better.

Other Thoughts: For some reason these tend to have better quality than their 25 pack. I may get one coaster every now and then over several purchases....but with the 25 pack I tend to get at least 5. The last 25 pack had more than half go bad on burns.
I have two different Blu-ray burners and they're both up to date. Same with burning software.....think I'll stick to the 10 packs!

1 out of 5 eggsJUNK

Pros: None

Cons: 4 out of every 5 would stop working about 1 hr and 7 minutes in.

Other Thoughts: Their are other blank DVDs on the market, so don't waste your money on Optical Quantum Blank DVDS

5 out of 5 eggsPretty Good Set of Disks

Pros: I've bought about 4-5 spindles of these this and I find these to be pretty good. I have only had 1 toaster in the lot, and I've been able to burn them at 6x using NERO burning rom. it usually takes anywhere from 1/2 an hour to an hour to burn a disc to full capacity and check for errors. but I'm pretty happy with them.

Cons: not really a fan of Logo Top Discs, but for the price I guess it's just something you have to live with. I would much rather have printable reliable disc set is price range. but that's more quibble and a con.
