3 out of 5 eggsRan good 1 1/2 year

Pros: Ran well for 1 1/2 years.
Pretty darn quiet.

Cons: Ran for only 1 1/2 years.

Other Thoughts: Hopefully their warrantee will cover it. All of a sudden had bright POP and that was that.

1 out of 5 eggsOverrated

Pros: none

Cons: high price and overrated
/ lack of modular cables

Other Thoughts: had less than a year on lightly used computer. Spontaneous reboots and failures to boot intermittent. All misbehavior stopped when swapped out power supply. Very high price should purchase quality, not junk. Save your money and buy a cheaper brand

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!!!!!

Pros: Solid voltages, < 0.2% line noise, < 1% voltage flux.
This is the HIGHEST quality PSU you can buy... I will never put anything else in my machines.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This is a high quality piece of equipment and should be treated as such. High quality does not mean physical durability. For the same reason's you don't off road your Ferrari, use the right tool for the job. If you are going to moving your computer frequently or hooking up sub-par components, get a more disposable PSU.

5 out of 5 eggsVery quiet. Very cool.

Pros: Very quiet - you'd think this beast would be noisy'd be wrong like I was! I was amazed at how quietly this thing runs. Has cables for just about anything and everything you'd ever use it for. Great for AMD & Intel fanboys alike :) Great "bang for buck".

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I used an entire 3.5" bay to hide the cables I didn't need. So if you have a smaller case, beware! :)

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding value

Pros: - Excellent voltage regulation
- Good efficiency
- Front-back ventilation works identically for top or bottom mounting
- Heavy gauge wires
- Wire sheath
- Plenty of SATA and peripheral connections
- Adequate PCIe video card connections
- Over-engineered, capable of delivering 900+ watts and still have good voltage and stable waveform

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: - Not modular, so plan for some extra space to stow any unused connections.
- Fan is a bit louder than most but tolerable. However seems to be running faster than necessary as the air exiting the PSU even at high CPU and video card loads (* 2x HD 6850 in Crossfire) is hardly warm at all. I have another PC P&C PSU with an 80mm fan and front-back cooling and it is virtually silent but the air exiting the PSU is noticeably warmer than this unit.

5 out of 5 eggsAMAZING!!!!

Pros: -LOVE LOVE LOVE this PS, love the company, love all of it
-Works like a beast, has never failed me

Cons: -The worst thing about these power supplies is that they are reviewed poorly by people that buy them and are turned off by things like "It's not modular"... or(a server model) "Is too loud" when those things are clearly outlined in the specs and have nothing to do with their purchase, the truth is that these power supplies are made very well and a dud here and there is to be expected, but look past that and see what a great product it is.

Other Thoughts: This review is long overdue, I have been using PC P&C power supplies for some time now and have not found anything built as well as them. Everyone needs to look past the cost and realize than stable and reliable power is essential to protecting your precious internal components.

Totally worth it!!

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet as advertised

Pros: Good sale price. Very Quiet. Efficient. Won't be running out of power plugs anytime soon. No issues.

Cons: Not really a con, but if you have a midsize case, there is alot of extra power plugs (a good thing) and you'll need some space like a drive bay.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case!!

Pros: The case in general has alot of hard drive bays. Really cools the components. A plain jane case, that is overall sexy. Added a side panel w/ plexi window from FrozenPC, but found the case cheaper here at Newegg.

Cons: Was looking at new vid cards, and though it houses my HD 5870 just fine, it would be a tight fit for GTX580, and depending on where the extra power comes in, part of the hd bays would have to be dremeled.

Other Thoughts: Lian Li makes the best cases, and cleaning is easy, will never buy anything else....

5 out of 5 eggsPC P&P even under OCZ is still great!

Pros: Silent enough and very stable power delivery. This is still on par with and a continuation of PC P&C's older line of in house PSUs. I have this one and a Silencer 910 model that should server me well for a long time to come.

Cons: For what it is none. You could say not modular, but that can't be a con since it is not that in the first place. If you have that as a complaint learn to read and take the time to use your eyes to look at the pretty pictures.

Other Thoughts: I could care less if this PSU was completely silent or not. I'm used to loud fans, HDDs... So this is definitely silent to me. To the reviewers who have such problems with how supposedly un-silent this unit may be; simply exchange it for a new one or contact PC P&C as they have been more then willing to fix the issue post purchase. Just don't give a good product a bad review because of something so minor.

The final verdict is still in the air on having PC P&C under OCZ, butat least PC P&C still has not fallen in to mediocrity.
