Pros: Quiet, worked straight out of the box. Fitted the chassis exactly. Even comes with an adaptor to convert 20 to 24 pin ATX motherboards.

Cons: Haven't found any yet.

Great PSU!

Comments: I chose this for my first build. Works great, excellent cooling, uber-quiet. A tad loud sometimes, but that H-U-G-E fan sits right over my proc. The air coming out of the punched holes in the back feels like air conditioning!
