5 out of 5 eggsBetter than I had expected....

Pros: Does everything it said it would. Saved me 1000's of dollars on peripherals and tones of room in my work space. None of the horror stories on previous bad reviews have happened to me.

Cons: A little pricey but for what it saved me in duplicate peripherals more than makes up for it.

Other Thoughts: I would totally recommend this product.

3 out of 5 eggsDual DVI

Pros: Its still the only one on the market that supports two DVI monitors and multiple USB connections. It works most of the time. I have top end cables gold tips, all 9 pin DVI, all top USB cables as well

Cons: If a dialog box appears on the left monitor, that monitor flashes or goes blank until I get the window to the right side monitor. There is a small delay when switching computers for the screens to appear. Sometimes turning off and on the monitors solves this issue but not always. Keyboard and Mouse are not immediately recognized on a switch.

Other Thoughts: I will be replacing my 21 inch monitors with 24 inch monitors in the next two weeks. I will let you know if it gets better.

3 out of 5 eggsMixed feelings

Pros: The only two-port KVM switch I could find that handles dual-DVI and USB.

Cons: Have the same problem as another reviewer with keys sticking and missed keystrokes. Sometimes the sticky keys really mess me up by repeatedly opening a large document/program in rapid succession until I realize what's going on. It also sometimes doesn't switch both monitors when I hit the button. If I switch back and forth between ports a few times, eventually both monitors will switch, but this is obnoxious.

Other Thoughts: Will continue to use it, but I hope StarTech will improve their product in the future.

2 out of 5 eggsNot so good so far.

Pros: Dual-Head DVI with USB for 2 PC's and with keyboard shortcuts for switching between PC's, nice so I don't have to look at the dang thing.
Does resolution up to 1920x1200 for both connected monitors, not too shabby.
Works with linux and win yay!

Cons: Not sure what the problems is but we have 5 of these guys and they all have the same issues.
1-One of the monitors will randomly blank out for a sec or two (not always the same monitor either), usually shortly after switching from one pc to the other, but not always shortly after, sometimes it's way after...
2-Three to Ten times a day (depending on day and user) the user will be typing and then end up with something likeeeeeeeeeeeeee <-that. like they didn't let go of the key but they did. Super annoying. Also occasionally will not register a key press, also very annoying.

Other Thoughts: Someone suggested getting nicer cables (both dvi and usb)... so I'm going to try that but at the moments I'm not really happy. If the cable thing works I'll change my egg count :) and let you know which cables I ended up using.
