Pros: It does what it is supposed to. I can plug into my network and use the USB ports

Cons: The performance of the USB ports is not nearly as good as the USB port of the computer itself. I think the issue is power but even plugging in the external power supply does not fix the performance. I notice it most with peripherals such as my conferencing webcam/microphone and the adapter for a presentation pointer.

Other Thoughts: I'm using a Surface Pro 2 where I need an adapter just to get a wired network connection.

No Issues

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Bought this to replace a DOA unit of a different brand. Happy with my decision.

Pros: Works well with Surface Pro 3.

Cons: The USB lead cord is pretty short. The power plug is on the same end as the USB lead cord, so it's odd. The power plug should be a side or other end. It is not the right fit for Surface Pro 3 with type cover.
