Pros: Low price

Cons: Low life expectancy

Other Thoughts: Died in little over a year. Just outside the warranty period, of course.

1 out of 5 eggsSparks and smoke on first run...

Pros: Hard to say since it emitted smoke and sparks the first time I used it.

Cons: It nearly caught fire on first use.

Other Thoughts: It looks like it's discontinued anyhow, but, yeah, can't really recommend this one.

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost Didn't Fit

Pros: Cheap! Runs my new video card! External analog power switch. Um... it supplies power to my components. Didn't blow up when I turned it on...

Cons: Almost didn't fit. The bezel around the power connector sticks out and hits the side of my dell optiplex case. I had to install in upsidedown to make it fit. Only one HDD plug.

Other Thoughts: This is the first power supply I have ever had to buy. Next time I will look at the pictures more closely to make sure I get something that matches my current set-up exactly. If the cord plug was just turned 90 degrees it would have fit perfectly.

2 out of 5 eggsLight and Cheap

Pros: The only pro with this item is that it costs very little.

Cons: There are many: it is loud, very cheaply made, and can be fatal to your system.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this only because it was inexpensive. I knew the risk and installed it with a five year old motherboard just for kicks. I turned it on, and now the motherboard is fried, and the PC3200 ram I also bought for $20 has no place to go. It wasn't much money, but I should have known better.

1 out of 5 eggsJUNK!

Pros: It's black. It has a fan. It comes with a 20+4 pin ATX12V power connector.

Cons: Not at all reliable. After unpacking mine I ran it on an open-air test bed and it lasted SEVEN MINUTES before deciding to blow and never power anything again. PSU tester says it was completely fried.

Other Thoughts: I unpacked it well after the return period was up. Not worth the RMA anyway. All I needed was a cheap PSU that worked reasonably well. I certainly got a cheap PSU...

1 out of 5 eggsYou certainly do get what you pay for!

Pros: This is a VERY cheap PSU. Extremely lightweight--allows for easy transporting of your computer. Great if you want to just have a computer to surf the web or watch videos.

Cons: Don't let the price tag fool you. This sucker may be cheap, but don't expect to get the optimal performance with this guy. My experience with this PSU has been a terrible one. It caused me a lot of blue screens and its stock fan is extremely loud. If you're not convinced, take a look at all the negative reviews that this PSU has received.

Other Thoughts: Do yourself a favor and invest an extra $50-$100 for a well-known, decent power supply. I don't think you would want to risk losing hundreds of dollars on a rig that you installed with a terrible PSU that has the possibility of blowing up and destroying your rig. The price tag is way too good to be true.

4 out of 5 eggsAmazing for the price

Pros: It's a 480W for 16$! Come on now, can't get any better then that :D(a 600W for this price actually would :P).

Cons: It's a lil loud, but that's cuz the fan is fast! This PSU is darn cool, the airflow from this things amazing. So if you hate noise then that's the con.

Other Thoughts: System specs:
ASRock A780LM-S MB
This PSU
AMD Athlon II x2 260 OC'd @3.5GHz
G.skill DRR2 800 4GB(2x 2GB)
ASUS Nvidia GT220
