Pros: Very sleek design, extremely solid in structure and feel. Works great (auto recognized) with XP and Vista (havent tested with Linux or OSX yet, but I don't forsee any problem if you know each respective operating system...). The main exterior feels to be some kind of aluminum. Perfect item that does just what I wanted at the price I had hoped for.
Cons: Requires a screw driver to get a drive in or out...may be a problem if you plan to swap drives often, but for me - I plan to keep it in "permanently". Some other enclosures make it screwless and a matter of seconds to swap drives, but it shows. Those just seem much less "sturdy" and "reliable" to the touch...
While the main portion is some kind of aluminum, its worth mentioning the "end caps" are a heavy duty plastic, and might be the weakest point of the drive, if any.
Other Thoughts: Does exactly what it advertises at a great price, looks awesome, and is extremely solid and sturdy to top it off.
Some may quibble at no driver cd (un-needed unless you're supporting win98...I have another external for those repair jobs).
It didn't include a screw driver either...some people get bent out of shape about this...I've found I prefer this since the included screwdrivers always seem to be total junk anyway...Thought it was worth mentioning despite?
You can't go wrong with those though IMO...nicest enclosure I've gotten yet.

Pros: Accomdata has the best quality enclosures for the money! This 2.5in sata enclosure is not flimsy, but very solid and well put together! None of that made in China/Korea/Hong Kong cr@p. Comes with Y connector USB type, nice smooth metal enclosure and ends are made of solid plastic.
Cons: The screws that hold the plastic caps in place!! Be very careful you don't want to strip them!! I had to use a jeweler's tool kit to remove those tiny phillips screws! They hold the drive well in place, just use extreme caution since no screwdriver included!
Other Thoughts: Extremely well made, other than the tiny screws, it's a definate buy! Comes with a 3 year warranty as well! Works fine with my 120gb seagate momentus HD. Newegg rocks for shipping this to my door in 1 day flat!

Pros: Very small, not much bigger than the drive. Drive fits securely in the enclosure thanks to some kind of buffer material on one end. Appears to be very well built.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: There are two very small screws holding the drive connector end to the enclosure. You will need a very small screw driver to properly remove them. Be careful putting them back in to avoid stripping anything. Used windows disk manager to format the drive once it was fired up. 250Gig 5400rpm drive only needed one usb power source.

Pros: All metal construction. Very easy to assemble/disassemble. Small size makes it easy to transport. I can see the LED from the street
Cons: Very smooth, slick, and rounded surfaces. Easy to have it slip from fingers when handling. Max drive height is 10mm. The Fujitszu drive it replaced won't fit at 12mm. I can see the LED from the street
Other Thoughts: You need a jewelers driver set. The WD 350GB drive fits. Although I could not get the older drive into the enclosure the end cover still worked for SATA and power connections.
