This review is from: Avocent 4SVPUA20-001 SwitchView MM2 4-port KVM Switch Pros: this thing works ... it has an external power source to make sure things are properly powered, the cables keep things to a minimum by piggybacking ps.2 signal on one of the monitor pins, you can switch manually or using hotkeys, and your monitor will look normal if you read my cons..... Cons: ...you will have to adjust your refresh rate on some pc/monitor combos, and possibly adjust your mouse acceleration... once you have done that, you are set ... some cheaper monitors might look a bit different than before, but my better monitors show hardly any change at all and look much as they did before being plugged in Other Thoughts: Loved it so much I bought a used two-switch for the house and use the 4 switch on four computers in office 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.
