Pros: Slim
USB
Supports up to 320GB
No drivers needed
Easy to set up had it formatted and running in minutes

Cons: The drive I put inside was not as snug as I would have like. If you shake it a little you can hear it rattling around.

Would be nice if it had a switch on it to turn it on and off.

But no real complaints

Other Thoughts: I have two of these. One I have plugged into the usb port in my router the other I have for personal back up. Both work great! Haven't tested read or write speeds but they seem pretty average

Definitely Recommended.
