4 out of 5 eggs5 years

Pros: Been supplying power for 5 years warranty was 3 so that is a pro

Cons: Fan has become quite loud recently I imagine the bearing is going out I am considering simply replacing the fan.

Other Thoughts: Has become loud in its senescence but it is in the old computer that we have set up for the kids these days still sees a quite a bit of action though as they play a lot of video games, Over all I am pleased with this purchase 5 years ago when I bought it I was fairly new to the whole computer building world and this psu along with a gpu we put into an hp pavillion were my first dabblings into it you could say that I got lucky and I would have to agree I've had it in that puter and since its been powering a computer I built from the bottom up for the last 3 years or so. But I suspect that it was luck so here is what I would say I got a good one but when you are paying so little for a psu I think it was 25 at the time chances are you get what you pay for so while now a days I would recommend you buy a seagate or Corsair if you are on a very tight budget and are willing to take the risk diablotek might be the way to go 5 years and counting its lasted me.

2 out of 5 eggsMade it past warranty

Pros: Worked like a charm, stable, quiet. Otherwise unremarkable.

Cons: Lasted until three months after warranty expired ... then so did it. Purchased in Nov of 2011. Died February of 2015.

Other Thoughts: Other than a relatively untimely demise, it did the job. For the money spent, it worked.

3 out of 5 eggsNot terrible

Pros: Did its job for 4 years, still working when replaced

Cons: Whirring noise at random times after 2 years, learned to get used to it though
Loud
Cables are too short

Other Thoughts: A decent psu, would definitely spent a little more on a higher quality one though second time around.

1 out of 5 eggsLong Term Review

Pros: Got 3+ years of casual use. Worked until after warranty was up then failed.

Cons: Power supply only works for 15-20 minutes. Started getting "power supply surges detected during the previous power on"
after owning a little over 3 years.

Other Thoughts: Do your research before buying.

1 out of 5 eggsDissatisfied

Pros: They look nice

Cons: They were/are DOA so i can't list any cons

Other Thoughts: Was trying to get a decent power supply at a good price and got two paper weights instead. Read the reviews and the egg rating was fair but i'll know better next time to get at least a 80 plus bronze rating like my tech friend told me.

4 out of 5 eggsDid the job for a low price.

Pros: Gave my PC power.
Inexpensive.

Cons: Pretty loud.
Not many Amps on the 12V.

Other Thoughts: I had this power supply for nearly two years. I had my PC on virtually 24/7 and I never had any power problems. It did blow out recently, but it didn't harm any components, it just quit working. The biggest con, I'd say, is how loud it is. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, as I got nearly two years out of it for around $20.
