4 out of 5 eggsNot sure about long term

Pros: Cheap and Nails

Cons: Seems fine running all my bells and whistles, but i'm worried about the overall quality from a long term stand point.

1 out of 5 eggsDon't buy from Diablotek

Pros: I was good while it lasted.

Cons: After 6 months my Phd 550 Diablotek failed, so contacted Diablotek support for an RMA # since its still under warranty. That was Oct. 2012, then again in Dec 2012. I have not heard from them at all. Terrible customer service.

1 out of 5 eggsGarbage Power Supply

Pros: Looks ok, not the cheapest feeling power supply...

Cons: Well I purchased 2 of these to stock in my store to give my customers a cheap fix. Power supply #1 was installed, customer brings computer back next day and power supply is dead. Power supply #2 was installed in a different customers computer and 3days later computer returns with yet another dead power supply! I know the power supplies were cheap but common 2 PSU's dead in a total of 4days run time.

Other Thoughts: This is the first and likely the last time I will buy anything with the Diablotek name on it...Makes no sense to return these faulty PSU's when shipping will cost about what I paid.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: 40 amps to the 12v rail is great for the price powers my Radeon 7850 without a problem.

Cons: I was a little worried with the rating but I purchased it knowing I was on a budget. I hope it keeps running fine. I had one faulty cable but didn't cause an issue luckily. I took off 1 star for that but its a great power supply.

Other Thoughts: I'm about to purchase a 7970 so I will update this review and let you know if it can actually power up that card without any issues.

1 out of 5 eggsYour reading this because you already know.

Pros: it was cheap. :p

Cons: Thing powered up my computer just fine.. Until I ran my GTX 460 SE. it couldn't even power that without shutting off as soon as I entered WoW. Second try with the other 6 pin connectors figures it was a faulty cable. nope. Then on the third try with my second card and new memory it still did the same only this time it blew up and smelled like Battery acid and smoke.

Other Thoughts: Its just not worth it in the end. make sure you get something 80 plus certified to save you a possible head ache.

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: none

Cons: Got the PS and DOA unable to test the part now I have to wait another week or two until the RMA gets process

Other Thoughts: I'm not happy that because some one made a mistake by not testing the product if I want a refund then i will loose the money that i pay for shipping and if i want a return now i have to wait until you get the unit and send me a replacement

5 out of 5 eggsno problems here

Pros: I have had this power supply for almost 3 years now and it has been great for me cant complain at all..

Cons: too many cables to have to store i had to move my hard drive to fit them..

Other Thoughts: Computer specs: 8gb ram, 2x750gig hard drives, Asus M5A97 mb, dual radeon 6750 video cards and a 3.8 gig amd fx4300.. thats alot to handle and for 30 dollars it has done just that..

4 out of 5 eggsDecent PSU

Pros: This PSU does what is advertised. Its stable, 5v rail at 5.1v 12v rail at 11.9v. Low cost solution to a lightning strike. 4 pci-e connectors are handy for crossfire. Main connector is plenty long enough for bottom mounted case solution.

Cons: Loud fan noise, 2 80mm fans generate enough noise that you won't need a white noise generator.

Other Thoughts: For the price, handy to have one lying around. Good PSU, holds its own vs other low cost solutions.

1 out of 5 eggsexpected disappointment

Pros: Yes, there is a 3 year warranty, but after shipping is just not worth it.

Cons: died after 10 months. Powered a 6670 and an athlon x4 for about 9 months, but as soon as I pop in my brand spanking new 7850, *POP*. well what was I to expect? for 25 bucks you will not get a quality psu. 2 eggs only because it lasted for "so long"

Other Thoughts: you know that sound that *thump* you get when you drop a microphone? well that noise, accompanied by a plume of rancid smelling smoke was bestowed upon my ears and much to my dismay, the PSU died. Well now I learned my lesson, DON'T CHEAP OUT ON A POWER SUPPLY.
