2 out of 5 eggsCheap

Pros: -Cheap

Cons: -Died on me after 3 days
-Runs very loud and hot

Other Thoughts: Don't buy unless you absolutely can't spend a little bit more on a higher quality psu. There are some decent 600+w psus with better fans that are more reliable for about 20 dollars more. Also keep in mind that refurbished products cannot be returned for refund.

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad for the price

Pros: *Cheap
*powerful
*good amount on 12v rail

Cons: wiring is too short to reach motherboard from bottom mounted mid size case
ran computer for a few hours and the power cord got really hot!
replaced it with a spare i had that obviously had better gauge wiring.
DO NOT TRUST SUPPLIED CORD

5 out of 5 eggsgood deal

Pros: price!
500watt
34amp rail
worked out of box
pretty quite psu fan
plenty of connecter's including 6-2 pci-e , and 2x4 slide apart 8 pin cpu plug if needed for newer mobo's

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: used this right out of box with a i3 2100 and a h61 msi mobo, and a old power hungry hd4870 and run's smooth and quite! very happy with this psu, have bout 5 other diablo tech psu's this year, and all have been great to me, would buy again as needed!

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Plenty of leads,Quite,Cheap

Cons: dented from the factory

Other Thoughts: was such a great deal I bought another only to have it come in a uncrushed box but for the psu inside to be dented real bad,for the price it is not worth paying shipping to rma it,from the box it seems the manafacturer just packaged a damaged unit in a nice box to get rid of it

4 out of 5 eggswish it turned on

Pros: only cost 12 dollars

Cons: can not hold enough power in circuits to turn on, it starts in a never ending cycle of on for 1 second off for 2 on for 1 off for 2 on for 1 off for 2, i think you get the picture

Other Thoughts: went with diablotek because i heard decent things and they were the best budget company.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent for certain applications

Pros: 20 bucks shipped
Very high amperage rating on single 12v rail (probably over rated but still)
ample connectors, even 2 PCIE connectors
Runs my phenom II x4 with 2 video cards, one 9800gtx and a 9500 gt.

Cons: Light and cheaply made
20 gauge wires
Loud fan, probably not temperature controlled
Filtering is nonexistent, sends feedback into the power line that is audible in my speakers.

Other Thoughts: Originally bought to power a car amplifier. the high 12v amps make it perfect perfect in this application.
I got a new video card and needed to use it in my computer now because my old ps was 300 watts.
I dont really trust this one but whatever ill risk it.
Good buy for 20 bucks but be careful and know u are buying a cheap chinese power supply with corners cut.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Would've been nice if this power supply worked but they somehow wisely combined the 24 pin cable pins together so I had 16/24 pins actually working.

Other Thoughts: If only this power supply was made correctly, it would've been great.

5 out of 5 eggsNice PSU

Pros: Cheap, decent voltages.
Solid-feeling build quality.
Best plugs I've seen in a long time.
Great, slide-together 4+4, 24+4 and 6+2 connectors.

Cons: ONLY ONE PCI-E 6/8 PIN CONNECTOR!

I'm going to need a dual molex 4 pin to 6 pin PCI-E adaptor to hook up my 6870.

Other Thoughts: The fan(one blade) was stuck in part of the exterior casing. I tapped it and it fell into place and works just fine now. This is probably UPS' fault for typical box-chucking.

Got this to replace a failing OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w...
The OCZ power supply had lots of plastic barriers that covered parts of the fan(!?) and a large portion of the capacitors(!?).

It was badly designed. None of those obstructive barriers in this PSU.

While the lack of PCI-E annoys me, everything else is pretty nice.
They even used pull-ties to organize everything.

This is my first Diablotek purchase but it WON'T be my last!
