4 out of 5 eggsorganizes HDs nicely

Pros: The 24 slots securely hold bare drives and everything fits into a drawer. Once the drives are labelled on their "spines", you never have to dig through piles of individually wrapped drives again. The foam lid allows you to package everything.

Cons: Price – I bought it for my research group and probably would shy away from it for private use (although as some reviewers pointed out: cutting it from antistatic foam yourself probably costs you as much)

1 out of 5 eggsLOL

Pros: Keeps your hard drives organized, and protects them from static shock.

Cons: 90$ !?!?!?!?

Other Thoughts: I have one of these that holds 20 Hard Drives. (For Free)
Newegg was running a special.
"Buy 20 Hard Drives, and we'll ship them in the same box that was used to ship them to us"

Maybe its not made of "Anti-Static" material.

Just to be safe, I still bag the more important drives.

However, I have not had any issues with or without bagging.

If this was around $15-$20, it may not be as rediculous.

I can't help but feel that certain employees at newegg have a bet going on how many of these they can sell?

I know that if I worked for newegg, things like this would certainly amuse me.

5 out of 5 eggsActually, very reasonably priced

Pros: Made of anti-static foam; I don't have to horse around with anti-static sleeves. Fits in a drawer. Allows easy access of drives while still protecting them.

Cons: Doesn't store 2.5" drives. I had to buy some anti-static foam and make some inserts so I could safely store my extra 2.5" HDDs. This isn't what most people would use this storage device for so it wasn't grounds for removing eggs.

Expensive (see comments below).

Other Thoughts: Yes, this is expensive but I shopped around for anti-static foam to make my own and there was no way I could make my own for the same price, let alone less. I seriously doubt the storage boxes the another reviewer referred to would have been made of anti-static foam since new HDDs are sealed in anti-static sleeves and the expense of anti-static foam would be unnecessary. I felt the convenience of having antistatic storage without having to deal with the inconvenience of removing and replacing anti-static sleeves was well worth the cost.

1 out of 5 eggsThis is ridiculous

Pros: Great way to burn money.

Cons: A lot of money for something you get for free when you buy 24 drives.

Other Thoughts: If you buy a box of 24 drives you already get something like this--AND you get a cardboard box that can be staked 6 high and safely shipped. $108 for something you'll get for free is a joke.

If you are going to have 24 drives laying around, just go buy a box of 24 and be done with it, or go ask your local data center if you can steal some of their empty drive boxes. Heck, I'm sure if you asked newegg to ship you an empty drive box their warehouse would be all over that and it's great for the environment too.
