5 out of 5 eggsIt's plastic, duh people.

Pros: Cheap and holds two drives

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: It's plastic people. Quit writing "Plastic" as a con, it's clearly stated in the description it's made of plastic.

5 out of 5 eggsWorked in my Thinkserver TS140

Pros: Works fine, is plastic. Low in price, comes with screws.

Cons: Metal would be better imo. Allow more of a sink.

2 out of 5 eggsNot good

Pros: Inexpensive, screws included

Cons: The drives are too close to each other and a bottom one is very close to the adapter base.

There is no room for elbow connectors, even straight connectors must be bent to fit.

Other Thoughts: Must cut that down to use. Luckily it's plastic, not metal.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: -Holds 2 drives with no problem
-Plastic is firm but has some flex to it but in a good way.

Cons: -Considering that the mount holes work well for mounting the drives to the bracket, the holes for mounting bracket to computer case are not pre-drilled for using the included screws.

Other Thoughts: I don't understand why people are giving the bracket a con for being plastic when the title clearly states it's a plastic bracket.....Also, despite taking an egg in my review, it is still worth getting this bracket.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Simple and cheap.

Look at the pictures of the Rosewill RX-C200P and the Bytecc Bracket-35225. They're all the same product just different brand names. Get the cheapest one. The only reason why the Rosewill is rated the highest is because of the people who chose that brand and their expectations (lower regular price = lower expectations).

Cons: The only cons are the bad reviewers. Read the description, it says it's made of plastic. Don't put plastic as a con when you knew that before you bought it.

Everyone apparently has the highest tech level but they buy a cheap product and complain about it being cheap.

Other Thoughts: Read the "bad reviews" before you buy. Most of them are complaining about things that they didn't bother to check before they purchased it. I have a standard case and drives with standard mounting holes. Everything fit perfectly, i didn't have to modify anything. Even if you have something oddball, it's made of plastic so it's not difficult to drill new holes or make them bigger if you need to (this should not be a con for a cheap plastic bracket).

You have to mount this in a drive bay with screws from the sides only. If your case has a location to bottom-mount a drive, this won't work there. Look at the pictures before you buy.

Look at the position of the drives in this bracket, they WILL be close together. Take your cables into consideration (fat connectors or 90° bend connectors).

2 out of 5 eggsadequate for some uses

Pros: Cheap. Can hold two drives. Screws included.

Cons: Plastic. The screws included to mount the bracket to your case are slightly different than screws which are typically used to mount a 3.5 inch hard drive to your case. Perhaps it would not be a good idea to remove and remount this bracket repeatedly due to wear on the plastic screw holes. The screw holes are not in exactly the same place relative to the bracket exterior or to where the SATA connection ends up, compared to a real 3.5 inch drive.

Other Thoughts: I was able to use this bracket in my Jetway ITX case, and in one bay of my Ultra microATX case, but it would not fit in the other three bays of the microATX case due to screwhole misalignment.

How hard can it be to make a bracket that aligns properly? Good grief.
