Cons: wouldn't connect to motherboard bios via a docking bay on my computer

Other Thoughts: got a kingwin that worked with my bay.

Pros: When used in conjustion with SYBA SY-MR-35SOF 3.5" Serial ATA hard drive SATA II HDD-ROM mobile rack makes a great way to swap out ssd drives for the computer.

Cons: Until this one I would have given it 5 out of 5 stars, but the last one I ordered only works intermittently. Since I have other units, I tested it and the outside carrier is the issue. Unfortunately at $10 to return for rma does not make any sense to return it.

Pros: Works perfectly with 2.5" hard drives and SSDs. Clips in securely and has worked great for years, fits nicely in a floppy / media reader drive bay. The packaging was quite excellent.

Cons: Some SSDs fit somewhat tightly and can make it difficult to remove the drive from the bay. Not much of a problem really, just need to pull a bit harder.

Other Thoughts: Had an SSD with my Operating System running in this bay for a couple of years, has worked well.

Pros: -connects my 2.5" SSD neatly into my hotswap rack
-reasonable price
-doesn't require screws to hold the 2.5" drive in place
-the build quality is pretty solid

Cons: -The screws holes on the outside are definitely the wrong size. My HD rack has special screws to work with rubber vibration dampeners, and they dont fit into the holes on the side
-The pictures make it look like there is lots of ventilation on the top, but there isn't. Basically the on air flow is the two openings on the bottom

Other Thoughts: If I needed another such enclosure I'd try a different one, probably the ICY Dock

Pros: no tools required, just works great - takes a couple of seconds to install or remove a drive

Cons: none, how could anyone give this product less than 5 eggs rating?

Other Thoughts: needed an adapter to fit an SSD or other 2.5 drive into this item N82E16817993031. And whoop there it was

Pros: Does a good job at providing a 3.5" holder/adapter for an ssd or notebook hd. Quick mount alignment pins are nice

Cons: The only problem I see is that the little plastic tabs that mount through the HD's holes on the side could wear out over time

Other Thoughts: Pretty slick little device. I don't really see a need to remove the metal shroud- I mistakenly did so before I realized that was not necessary

Pros: Very good price compared to when they first came out. Pulling in speeds of 550 MB/S with 2 in raid 0 on a sata 2 connection.

Cons: No trim support in raid 0. not OCZs fault.

Other Thoughts: Thinking about picking up 1 more and a sata 3 raid card

Pros: The cheapest option for a 3.5" external enclosure. If it's for a PC, there are better/cheaper adapters that offer better air flow. There are no LED lights. Don't listen to any who say it doesn't fit a 2.5 drive.

Cons: The smaller screws than standard are a nag, but not a huge deal. And more ventilation would be nice.

Other Thoughts: 3.5 external enclosure that you need to fit 2.5 drives? Buy.
PC that you need to fit 2.5 drives? Get a different, open top adapter.

Pros: SDD snaps right in. perfectly.

Cons: Comes with screws that don't fit!
