Nice, but I'd fix on thing...

Pros: Does what it's supposed to.

Cons: The problem with Icy Dock's tray is that it doesn't protect the HDD at all. The whole point of being able to have swappable HDDs is that, obviously, you'll have a disk that's not in the drive while a different one is. The one that you've removed in that nice Icy Dock frame is completely unprotected. A little static discharge, scrape it against something and knock of one of those itty-bitty resistors on the bottom of the drive, bend a pin.... Your data might just be toast.

Pros: Decent quality, no problems so far.

Cons: Not really a tray, its more of a bracket. Provides no protection for the drive when it is out of the enclosure. Expensive for what you get, but no other choice.

Other Thoughts: If you have an Icy Dock enclosure your only choice is an Icy Dock tray.

Works for the MB559 Icy Dock

Pros: Price is perfect (considering we buy $200 1TB drives). Works as advertised

Cons: Doesn't protect HD adequately for storage without other wrapping when it isn't in the docking station.

Other Thoughts: Awesome product.
