Pros: Needed to fill that 3.5 slot and this is perfect for doing so. Just love it, Pretty decent quality aswell

Pros: 1) Easy to use and comes with all the hardware needed. 2) Durable feel to product line, as well as this single bay unit.

Other Thoughts: I use this as an external enclosure for file transfer from my class's MAC system to my PC at home which has the: " ICY DOCK ToughArmor MB994SP-4S Full Metal 4 x 2.5" SAS/SATA 6Gb/s SSD/HDD Hot Swap Mobile Rack Backplane Cage Module for 5.25" Bay (Fits 7, 9.5, 12.5, 15mm height drive) " installed in the case. This unit combined with the adapter mentioned in the "Pros" makes for easy backup of files from class via USB, and the speed of SATA 6.0gbs from doing video editing on class files when installed in the drive bay on my system. Took a chance on the adapter being compatible and it WORKED !
