5 out of 5 eggsSolid construction

Pros: I love the feeling of this piece of hardware. It feels sturdy and the textured coating makes it easy to handle. Easy installation of SSDs or 2.5" hard drives.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsLike a glove

Pros: I used this with a Crucial MX100 128Gb SSD. All the holes lined up for the SSD and for the HD cage. Solid piece of metal with a good paint job. Lastly this showed up in two days with the standard free shipping from Newegg. Good job guys and gals.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsIt's a bracket

Pros: Sturdy and easily installed, it was exactly what I needed to fit my 850 pro in my hdd cage to be snug as a bug in a rug.

Cons: Let's just face it, a piece of metal with 8 holes isn't the most exciting Newegg purchase. But I'm not knocking it if you're into that sort of thing.

5 out of 5 eggs"Why did you buy"

Pros: Not sctually received yet.

In response to "tell others about your purchase"- I invested several minutes writing comments, only to see the website had dropped the action button. So therefore I posted here since I couldn't post my comments 'there':

"Looked the best to me from among the metal bracket choices.
Was tempted to get a version with dimpled mounts, but cooling
should really not be an issue with my SSD. Power consumption
is very low, and I am not a gamer or power user anyway. Wish the
listings made clear whether the side holes are threaded or not.
It wouldn't hurt to list the screw sizes, either. I've run into non-
standard sizes, or even non-threaded, over the years. BTW dimples
would be a major problem if a drive had a non-standard hole
pattern, so dead flat is the safest way to go IMO."

Cons: None to my present knowledge.

Other Thoughts: I'm sure I'll be happy with this. Just wish I had caught a sale, but I needed it 'now'.

5 out of 5 eggsEasy to install...coated with a semi rough finish

Pros: -easy to install with screws included
-snug fit

Cons: -none

Other Thoughts: This is coated with a semi rough feeling. Nevertheless, it's a great product. Feel like I should have bought a bracket that can support two SSD instead of one for the future.

4 out of 5 eggsIt's ok

Pros: - Durable metal build
- Used for SSD into 3.5" bay, works as intended

Cons: - Powder coating scratches off easily and makes the bracket a very tight fit (has a thick coating)

Other Thoughts: Can't complain for the price. Works and durable

3 out of 5 eggsWill not Fix my case

Pros: Well built and should last a long time.

Cons: I bought the wrong one. This one does not have screw holes in bottom to attach the adapter to case.
