5 out of 5 eggsBuilt solid.

Pros: Great bracket for SSD's. Made from quality material. I purchased this bracket but didn't need it because the Rosewill Thor v2 computer case I bought is already equipped with more than enough of these brackets.

Cons: None.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent

Pros: It's sturdy. The holes line up fine. The 2.5" drive mounts using the screw holes on the bottom. Inexpensive.

Cons: One thing to watch out for is the holes for mounting in a 3.5" bay do not take "hard drive" screws. If you need a regular 4-40 screw for e.g. mounting rubber standoffs that came with your case, they won't fit in it. I sheared one of screws in half trying to fit it in, then had to drill it out so I could put a screw in. I just drilled out (enlarged) the four outer holes and used super-glue to keep the screws & rubber mounts in. SSDs are light so it works okay enough. Would have preferred to avoid the labor, though.

3 out of 5 eggsdoesn't mount in all cases

Pros: Mounts a 2.5" drive properly

Cons: I have a somewhat specialized medium tower case where it has rubber spacers to mount 3.5" drives so vibrations get absorbed. This mount won't work for my case.

It should work for most other cases.

4 out of 5 eggsDoes the job

Pros: it holds 2, 2.5" hard drives and doesn't break when you look at it.

Cons: Feels kind of cheap, but I knew that when I bought it.

Other Thoughts: Not too bad, and got the job done. I wish it could be simpler.

5 out of 5 eggsGood price for good equipment

Pros: There isn't much to it really, a bracket and a bag of screws. Holes lined up correctly and mounted firmly.

Cons: Was kind of a tight fit into the drive bay, but that may be my case's fault.

Other Thoughts: Would recommend.

1 out of 5 eggsJUNK

Pros: Powder coated steel construction.

Cons: Mounting holes don't line up with standard ATX case.

Other Thoughts: Not worth the hassle to return these. I should have bought something else.

3 out of 5 eggsD'oh. No bottom mounting holes.

Pros: This is solid with a nice paint job and a good finish. Comes with screws, which I never need but it's a nice touch anyway.

Cons: NO BOTTOM MOUNTING HOLES. This thing has four little holes for mounting the SSD, and SIDE ONLY mounting holes for the bracket itself. My case trays attach to hard drives through the bottom, not the sides.

Yes, there is another review that points out this could be useless to you because it ONLY HAS SIDE MOUNTING HOLES. If I saw the other review, it didn't register. Not a great loss at $5, but still...

As it turns out, Fractal Design's HD trays (at least for my case) have little SSD holes, so I didn't need this anyway. Should have looked carefully before buying this, both at the item itself and at what was in my case.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid construction

Pros: I love the feeling of this piece of hardware. It feels sturdy and the textured coating makes it easy to handle. Easy installation of SSDs or 2.5" hard drives.

Cons: None
