5 out of 5 eggsWorked as expected...

Pros: The bracket did it's job. I used it to put a Samsung SSD into my somewhat older HAF case which had the slide-out HDD slots. After plugging in the drive and running the cables through the case, the bracket fit right inside the tray just like a standard 3.5 HDD would.

Cons: No Cons here.

Other Thoughts: I wish all items ordered online were this easy and straight forward.

3 out of 5 eggsA Little Short

Pros: Easily installed.

Cons: Bracket is too short to fit attach points at both ends in an Antec 302 case.

2 out of 5 eggsBleh. Skip.

Pros: Came with screws for mounting, too bad they don't fit all the way.

Cons: The device is unable to be mounted to a 3.5 inch bracket that can only be mounted on the bottom. Additionally while fastening a SSD into the correct screws, some screws required too much force to be inserted correctly, indicating poor craftsmanship due to screw holes that are out of alignment. Going to spend the few extra dollars on a higher quality mounting kit that supports a greater range of possible installation methods.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect adapter solution!

Pros: It's a metal (not plastic) 3.5" to 2.5" adapter bracket that turned out to be the perfect solution for installing a Kingston SSDNow! 120 GB SSD into a Dell Dimension 3000 hard drive bracket and upgrading an old Dell Dimension 3000 computer. It came with all of the necessary screws for attaching the SSD to the adapter bracket and for installing the adapter bracket itself into the Dell hard drive bracket. Intuitve enough not to need printed instructions and well worth the price! I would recommend this bracket to anyone looking to properly secure a 2.5" SSD into an existing 3.5" HDD bay.

Cons: None whatsoever.

Other Thoughts: It might prove to be somewhat tougher installing this bracket into a 3.5" HDD bay that is not removable from the case, but not any tougher than installing an HDD in the same bracket, though.

1 out of 5 eggsWorst product I have ever purchased at Newegg.com!!!!

Pros: I was duped...I fell for the low price on Black Friday. I didn't do my usual due diligence. Too bad, I can't use profanity to describe my frustration with this cra**pp**y device. I thought I was getting something similar to the BYTECC Bracket-35225, which I already own. I wanted to return it to Newegg, but the extra shipping charge would cost more than the item. So, I'm stuck with two useless products. I will use them after I get a real one to clean the kitty litter since I can't use it in my Antec case. It is too small. Right now, I'm using electric tape to temporarily secure one of them in a 3.5 drive bay. The SSD fits perfectly on the tray. It is just that you can't secure it to a legacy 3.5 bay.

Cons: See above!!

Other Thoughts: It you have a traditional case that requires screws to secure drives, it may not work because the tray does not fit snugly in a legacy 3.5 bay.

5 out of 5 eggsworks

Pros: Does its job, slightly wide so a bit of a squeeze in. That stops vibration so I prefer it that way.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsSimple SSD mount

Pros: Good price (especially on sale).
Metal construction.
Hardware (screws) included.

Cons: Can only mount one drive (as opposed to some of the plastic mounts).

Other Thoughts: A nice, simple design when you need to add an SSD to a desktop case. You could also mount a laptop drive, if you're of a mind to do so. A little bag of screws is included, so you should be able to grab an SSD and go!
Another of many handy products from Bytecc.

5 out of 5 eggsAs Specified

Pros: These are my go to adapters for SSDs. I have 3 of them in 3 different computer (BTW, I have 4 other brands in use). These all fit nicely - That's what I want and that's what I got.

I like the fact that it only mounts one (1) SSD. Putting 2 SSDs in the same space as one HD is a non-starter for me because there is not enough room for the cables.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I got my first one of these because this bracket mounts the SSD in an offset position to come close to matching the SATA/power interface location on a 3.5 SATA HD. I needed that to put a SDD in a Dell Inspiron All-In-One. The Inspiron requires the SATA/power interface to be offset. My previous SSD brackets mounted the device in the center. This little guy did the job.
