4 out of 5 eggsdoes the job

Pros: Heavy and study metal. Doesn't flex or rattle.
Lots of mounting holes so it holds your drives securely.

Cons: Rubber washers for screws would be nice, although I have no rattle or anything.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: There are several holes on this and a couple different size screws. The holes DO LINE UP. You just have to find which holes. There is no need to cuss as I did. The holes line up. You just have to find out which ones. Product works great.

Cons: No Cons at all.

5 out of 5 eggsKiss it

Pros: easy to install.
easy cable attachment
price

Cons: cable management could be a problem depending on your case and skill level.

Other Thoughts: Used this to mount two ssd's in raid. The simplest solution is some time the best solution.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: - Holds (2) 2.5" SSD drives or (1) 3.5" HDD
- Comes with 2 sets of SSD screws (the tiny ones) and screws for the HDD
- Holes all line up
- Black finish
- Very useful for filling up those empty optical drive bays so you can remove the HDD trays from your case for better airflow.
- The drive sits flush with the back of the tray so you don't have a hard time squeezing your hand into the bay to connect SATA/Power
- Sturdy
- Low price for it's value (granting is is just a small piece of metal)

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: - SSD holes are meant for one side or the other, not in the center...Manufacturer could have drilled 4 more holes to allow center mounting of SSD. Just a thought, not really a 'con'.
- HDD sits right in the center

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect for my needs

Pros: Not big or gaudy. No frills and screw holes fit just fine. I put in rubber spacers from my last case between the HDD and the base and used the vibration dampening washers on the bottom for maximum vibration dampening. Does just what I needed.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Specs:
MSI Z170A Krait
Core i5 6600K
2 x 8GB Avexir Core Series
GTX 960

5 out of 5 eggsNice, simple converter.

Pros: I used this converter in a Dell Optiplex tower system with the slide in self-locking 5.25 inch bays. I used the converter to mount two(2) 2.5 inch laptop drives for use in the system. I removed the DVD player which I was not using anymore from its bay. Removed the three(3) guide pins from the DVD player and installed them on the converter. All hardware screws and converter threads and mounting holes matched. Mounted the two(2) drives on the converter and slid and locked it easily into the bay slot. Connected up the power and data cables and the job was complete.

Cons: The only issue is when the converter is used with two(2) drives installed on it. Because two drives take up most of the space inside the converter, be careful when screwing into the lower side lockdown holes, or guide pin holes in my case. If the screw is threaded into the hole to far it will hit the side of the mounted drive and could possibly damage the drive. I my case I had to shorten the length of the guide pin threads. I used side cutters and a file to shorten the screw as to not hit the drive when the lower mounting holes were used.

Other Thoughts: Nice, simple converter and well worth the price to have your hardware mounted securely.

5 out of 5 eggsWorked Perfectly

Pros: Does everything it's supposed to do.

Cons: Doesn't come with a SSD already attached to it.

Other Thoughts: Had to mod the case on a new system I built to install a liquid cooler. This worked perfectly to relocate SSD and mechanical to optical bay.

3 out of 5 eggsCost-effective but not perfect

Pros: Metal - more durable than plastic
Fit bays perfectly

Cons: Screws worked for mounting device to bracket but only 2 screws out of 8 (I purchased 2 brackets) fit the bracket to secure within the tower bay.

Other Thoughts: Poor quality of the screws diminishes the quality of the bracket itself. Workable in my tower for spacing for airflow but I'd prefer to have all parts work as advertised.
