Pros: Useful.

Cons: Fan cable will rub the case interior and eventually fray if you pull the enclosure in and out often enough. Not worth docking an egg.

Other Thoughts: Sometimes you just gotta stuff a case with drives. 4 in 3 will do it.

However, drive enclosures are starting to populate the top of my desk around the monitor. Must be time to buy a much bigger case and more 4n3's eh?

Pros: I make custom computer cases. Rugged and traveling cases. These hard drive cages are perfect additions my designs, and have kept my hard drives working cool.

Cons: The screws are somewhat difficult to insert.

Cons: I bought four of these when they were on sale for a server of mine, 6 months now two of the fans are making noise and getting ready to fail. They have all been in a room with no dust, nothing accumulated on the fans, just bad fans

Other Thoughts: I won't purchase these again, I'll find a good 5x3 cage instead

Pros: I like the fact this has rubber mounts for vibration dampening. Also produces good airflow and is a fairly quiet fan for its size. The orange glow coming out of the front looks cool mixed with the blue lighting theme my setup otherwise has.

Cons: None that I have found, use a magnetic screw driver if you are actually going to mount drives...

Other Thoughts: I bought this just to be able to add another 120mm intake fan to my 8 yr old Thermaltake Kandalf case. It fits the case great! I could not add another fan without adding a cage... I'm buying another one to replace the stock case cage and fan that came with the Kandalf so both fans and cages will match.

Pros: Low vibration mounts, good fan, easy fit in case.

Cons: tricky to get the screws into the hdds.

Other Thoughts: I flipped the fan to an exaust fan.

Pros: Creat good airflow for your HDs.

Cons: Mine did not come with screws. You cannot use regular HD screws, they are not long enough in this cage.
I am on the way to hardware store to get that screws.

Other Thoughts: - Need to do better QA/QC.
- Wishing come with no LED fan

Pros: This hard drive cage gave me a lot more room to fit larger graphics cards into my case. The fan also gave my computer better air flow.

Cons: The hard drives are really hard to mount. I had to put tape on the screws to keep them on the screw driver. Otherwise they just fall into the cage and are hard to get out

Pros: This thing is a tank! built well, gives 4 HDD slots! the fan has more than enough air flow so you can town it down a bit to get that sweet spot of airflow to noise ratio. fan looks cool with the black paint job. built in rubber mounts. cant really ask anymore in a HDD cage.

Cons: this is not so much of a con towards the product because they do make a version without LED's but Newegg doesnt stock have them in their inventory for sale :/

Other Thoughts: you might want to remove the rubber mounts for any 2.5 sdd mounts, it'll be tight.

Pros: Rubber isolators for drives. Pre-mounted fan is very quiet and cools well. Knockouts to fit in cases with precut supports in 5.25 bays. Cools well.

Cons: Why, oh why, does EVERYTHING made for pc cases have an LED on it. I had to immediately replace the otherwise excellent fan to get rid of the horrible white light pouring through my dust screens on the front of my case.

Cannot install or remove drives once the unit is mounted into your case without fully removing it.

VERY tight fit with full ATX motherboard, even in a full case, if your 24 pin power is in the standard position. Zero clearance to the edge of the board.

Drive screws are impossible to install and secure without the use of a magnetic screwdriver.

Other Thoughts: I'd recommend it despite its flaws. It works fine. Plan on replacing the fan if you don't like a floodlight mounted in the front of your case. Also be prepared to use a lot of force to get it into the drive cage, it is a VERY snug fit. That's not necessarily a bad thing.

Fits Cooler Master Centurion 5 case, with front bezel and dust filter / drive slot covers installed, with full ATX board mounted.
