5 out of 5 eggsVersatile Mounting Options

Pros: See: Other thoughts

Cons: Mounting holes, for mounting one of the two SSDs, place that SSD very close to the mounting bracket panel.

Other Thoughts: This is one of very few SSD mounting brackets that allow for the bracket to be mounted by the 4 threaded screw holes that are located on the circuit-board side of the 3.5" hard drive which you will be replacing with this mounting bracket.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Perfect

Pros: It arrived when it said it would and included enough screws to fully outfit the adapter with 2x 2.5" HDD/SSD. I am using it in an older Dell Machine for extra storage and it fit perfectly into the slide out tool less drive bay mount. Though it did require a screw driver to mount the drive to the adapter.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsBay converters work nice

Pros: These bay converters work perfectly well for converting any 3.5" drive bay to work with a 2.5" drive. They support 2 drives at a time and are a breeze to work with

Cons: They seem to certain types of plastic tooless cases. Not a big problem if you work carefully.

Other Thoughts: These work nice for SSD drives inside desktop cases.

5 out of 5 eggsA High Quality Bay Converter

Pros: Used this converter to put an old laptop hard drive into my desktop and it fit the desktop bay perfectly. It is made of pretty thick metal and feels very sturdy. The finish on it is shiny and looks nice in my desktop. Comes with all the screws you need to attach both the bay converter itself and the drives into the converter (pre-drilled with threaded screw holes for attaching the converter). Fits two 2.5 drives. Great quality all around for the price.

Cons: Not really any, but it probably would be hard fitting two drives with SATA data cables that both use 90 degree connectors to attach to the hard drive, as they would interfere with each other (could flip one drive so as to have SATA cables facing opposite ways).

Pros: These are excellent. Very precisely formed and fit both the SSD and my Prebuilt with Zero Tolerance.
These also hold 2 SSD's which makes it nice for RAID applications.
Price and service are excellent too.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsMetal is Beat

Pros: I have two of these - one two years old, and one for a new build two months ago. I had a plastic bay converter in that case from long ago. Plastic is a pain. Spend the extra $5 and get metal. This baby is well worth the few extra nickles. Tolerances are perfect. Slipped the drives in easily and then it slid right into my Lian-Li case. Love it.

Cons: Absolutely none.

Other Thoughts: Get metal !!!!!

5 out of 5 eggsAdaptation!

Pros: - Does as advertised.

- Decent metal construction

Cons: - No anti vibration pads or anything implemented.

Other Thoughts: Its probably designed more in line for SSD's, however I put two 2.5 inch WD Red drives in it. Heat doesn't seem to be a problem yet. My hdds are set up in raid 1 so I am not too scared of losing a drive to heat.
