A switch on the back would be nice to set the fan speed. Other Thoughts: If it weren't for the fan, I'd have given this 5 stars. Even still, it appears to be the best drive drawer out there. Pros: Excellent build quality, easy to install, easy config (none needed)

Cons: NOISY fan, especially annoying @ start up, the fan makes a rhythmic almost grinding sound for the first few minutes until it warms up, but even after that it's still noisy. A switch on the back would be nice to set the fan speed.

Other Thoughts: If it weren't for the fan, I'd have given this 5 stars. Even still, it appears to be the best drive drawer out there.
