Pros: Hard to mess up screws, unless the bag isn't sealed properly, and they go everywhere in the shipping box. Can't we just get bare drives shipped with four screws? I mean, these things can cost a bit after shipping. I would pay an extra dollar or two on every hard drive, IF it came with screws.

Other Thoughts: I used four of them to mount a new internal hard drive, but got two of the 15-packs. You never know when you'll need some of these
