5 out of 5 eggsFinally I found it

Pros: well~I heard a lot of people said that the 3800+ Model#end with CZ is a monster. After I bought it, I found that was true~!!
1.28V boost it to 3G~!!
$30 then I can have 6400+ level CPU, what can I say??

Cons: N/A

Other Thoughts: Even though I use the ECS cheap motherboard, I still can overclock this CPU

3 out of 5 eggsBetter than single core...

Pros: Cheap. Perfect for everyday computing. Works well with older games like Warcraft III, WoW, Counterstrike: Source, The Orange Box, COD2.

Cons: I need something much better for COD4.

4 out of 5 eggsCheap, very cheap.

Pros: Cheap. I mostly play games so I don't need much processing power.

Cons: It was easy to install onto my motherboard...

I just needed to put something into the cons section :D

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect

Pros: Worked right off the bat. Cheap and reliable. Runs very smooth no complaints whatsoever.

Cons: As with all OEM no fan and sync, but got a thermaltake one for 10 bucks.

Other Thoughts: Worked great for a budget build for family member who has no intention of overclocking.

5 out of 5 eggsGood like all CPU's

Pros: No problems with this CPU. I bought it to replace a CPU I "ham-handed" into the slot, mashing all the pins.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I was trying to get a new computer I built to work, so I wanted to test the CPU. I took the CPU out of another computer so I could determine if the problem was the CPU (it turned out I forgot to plug in the extra 4-pin power connection--doh!), when I went to put the test CPU back into the other computer, I was in such a frustrated rush, I mashed the pins and broke it. Now I understand why mashed pins is mentioned in Newegg's return policy. Anyhow, this CPU was a fine, cheap replacement for my stupid mistake.

5 out of 5 eggsLittle engine that could

Pros: I have overclocked this CPU to 2.4 GHz. Runs stable. Tried 2.5 GHz and Win XP did not boot, but I suspect this is because of cheap RAM. The CPU temperature is between 30 C (idle) and 36 C (video play).

Cons: What cons?

Other Thoughts: Case: Antec NSK 2480
CPU fan: COOLER MASTER DK8-9GD4A-0L-GP
MB: ASUS M3A78-EM

3 out of 5 eggsOC a low end?

Pros: To the reviewer who said that this doesn't seem to overclock well. You have to realize that this is a low end < $50 AMD CPU. and it is a windsor core as well. windsor is 90nm meaning the power consumption is higher, which in turns puts out more heat... the windsor cores aren't nearly as good as the brisbane. if you want to OC an AMD cpu then get the 5400+ black edition with the unlocked multi, or a brisbane core AM2.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I've had 6 AM2 CPUs Brisbane far outshines the Windsor
