5 out of 5 eggsGood Processor

Pros: Great inexpensive chip for you intel platform

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: works great. I built a new system with it, with an intel mainboard. The customer is very happy, and I found the system to be suprisingly fast for a Celeron based system. I am very impressed.

Comments: i got this celeron like 4 months ago to put into my new custom pc. (first ever custom pc!) well i thought that because that it is a celeron that it wouldn't work that well. But... come to find out that it rocks!!! gaming it stays a steady 40celcius! other than that it's usually is around 26 celcius! But also kepp in mind that i have this thing overclocked at 3.201. This thing is great! Buy it now stop thinking about others unless ur going to get a highrer one! what more can u ask from this thing???

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: Just a FYI, this proc won't work in a Dell 8400 PC. Bought it to replace my 3.4 that I moved into a home-built PC, and the system won't post. Guess I'll just build another PC with this on in it, and drop a 3.0 Prescott in the Dell..

5 out of 5 eggsgood

Comments: i put the artic silver on the processor looks good, i just put a little drop of it on and put on the heatsink and fan, its great, if u get some on the side of the processor just use the slider card they give u with it to get some off, unless its okay. i suppose it dosent hurt it to have a tad bit on the side

5 out of 5 eggsStable

Comments: Good cheap processor to throw in a old board and case to get running. Its cool running too, threw this in a micro atx setup, with a zalman silent heatsink and it runs about 40Celsius. Stable at 3ghz overclock.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat price on a good cpu

Comments: Works great so far and easy to install. I'm using the stock heatsink with Arctic Silver 5 and it's running @ 47 Celsius. I would've used a different heatsink, but the market is lacking for affordable Socket T heatsinks at the moment.

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: Excellent bang for the buck... Paired this with an Asrock mobo and oc'ed it to 3.0 with an effective bus speed of 600 MHz, with stock heatsink... A "budget" system with "bite".

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Performer

Comments: Excellent CPU, runs stable and cool with Intel stock cooler. Stomps all over older Celerons and gives mid-level PIVs a run for thier money in many task. Coupled with an Intel D915GAGL and you have a great value priced developement box.
