5 out of 5 eggsNice Processor

Pros: Nice Processor. I was able to get it clocked to 4400 with an after market heat sink. Couldn't getting stable higher, but it isn't a negative as it states it can be the turbo is 4200. Kept my old Radeon 7850 video card and this (and the new MB) have allowed me to drastically increase my graphics quality in the games I play while keeping excellent frame rates ( I upgraded from an old AMD 3.4 processor).

Cons: The factory heat sink is not very good

Other Thoughts: Great processor for the price

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It's a 3.8GHz quad-core, as advertised.

Cons: Unfortunately, since it is an APU, it gives me fits whenever I try to install or run AMD software, since I have an nVidia video card. In fact, even running the AMD OverDrive application instantly shuts down my computer, which doesn't make sense, since AMD OverDrive can be used to control your AMD CPU/fan as well as GPU configurations. That coupled with the fact that installing the USB 3.0 controller kills *all* USB ports temporarily means I'm knocking off an egg. Sorry, AMD; get your act together!

Other Thoughts: I have it running silently with a Cooler Master 212 EVO heatsink and fan (in push position) on an ASUS A88X-Plus motherboard in a Fractal Define R5 case. I haven't tried to use the integrated graphics.

5 out of 5 eggsawesome

Pros: this processor gets mixed reviews. for me it is a great cpu/gpu combo. had it oc to 5.2 on a crossblade ranger board. graphics on good in wow at 30 fps. set it on lowest setting 60+. for 100$ you can not beat it. great for a entry level machine or for a solid quad core with stand alone graphics. I work with 4/6/8 core cpus. this one oc further then my 8350. it's good. reliable. why run benchmarks when you could actually use it for everyday work. Intel bias blah blah blah. grab this apu. You will be happy.

Cons: limited dual graphics options. for now. still a great buy.

5 out of 5 eggsVery happy with what i got!!

Pros: ive always wanted the a10 since i built my rig back in 2013 started off with the a4 5300 duel core was ok an did the job played games good but lag in between, but this A10 is Amazing i love the outcome of my PC alot more now this chip does its job as it should, i am not using the onboard video i got my dedicated card GTX 650Ti 2gb GDDR3 Boost OC edition an i can smash thru games with ease an im very satisfied with the CPU alot of people i game with dont know too much of APU's i didnt when i started but i know alot about them now, both the cpu n gpu are great if no one has a gpu (graphics card) then this cpu would be the one can play games an such.

Cons: Thought i had to RMA it back in from high idle readings i was really confused bout this issue,me an a buddy of mine found out that this cpu dont have core sensors when booted up in bios it was Reading from 32c to 52c idle? i was like whaat???so i ran speed fan showed similar things, long story short it was the socket sensor it was reading an not the cpu it self which is very odd to me cause all the cpu's i had even the A4 had one...a very good program to have is called "CPUID HWMonitor" run it an look under temperatures then "TMPIN0" THIS is what the cpu's idle is which made me worry less an focus more on what this bad baby can do after all that she runs beautifully thanks newegg!

Other Thoughts: would highly recommend this product to any of my friends or anyone who is looking to get this always refer newegg!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat processor for the price.

Pros: This is a great processor for the price. I have always been an AMD fan. My laptop has an i7 quad core gen 3 so I am familiar with both brands. You can't find a better processor for the price. Intel is like apple. It works great but you pay a major price for it. Anyways I'm by no means a power gamer but I do play assassins creed and mass effect and this processor alone handled those games fine. Can be set up for xfire with a graphics card which I plan to do.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

4 out of 5 eggsVery powerful for the price

Pros: Can be overclocked for extreme use. But be warned it outputs quite allot of heat.
Then on board graphics is powerful for being integrated. Very Impressed!

Cons: Runs really hot. If your only going to web browse and do emails. Then the stock cooler is fine. But if you play any games at all you must buy an aftermarket cooler. It just runs so hot that you can only play on the stock cooler before it shuts down to save its self.

Other Thoughts: Really just buy an aftermarket cooler. Unless for some reason you like a jet engine idling on your desk.
