5 out of 5 eggsWorks great for home office

Pros: I wanted a PC for home office use and basic internet surfing and YouTube streaming. The APUs performance is quite fast for these uses. I am using the onboard graphics alone and have encountered no problems at all with watching videos.
System specs: CPU A4-6320, Mo.Board Gigabyte A58m-ds2, HDD Seagate Barracuda 1TB, OS Windows 8.1
The operating system loaded with no trouble at all. As far a temperatures go, I haven't bothered to go into the bios to check because even after several hours use, hardly any heat is coming out of the exhaust fan. That's one benefit of not having a graphics card blocking any airflow near the cpu.

Cons: I've only been using this setup for a little over a month now, so its a little early to judge the long term durability but I expect the hard drive in my system will die long before this APU does

Other Thoughts: very happy with the performance

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: Installed on ASUS A78M-E motherboard... everything worked without a hitch. Plays fine with Debian 'Wheezy' Linux.

Cons: None that I can tell.

Other Thoughts: For some reason this configuration does not play nice with Facebook. Every browser I've tried seems to have load/cookie issues non Facebook but no other site is afflicted. My old system and my laptop (also ASUS) do not have this problem, but I'm uncertain what is causing it. Probably not this APU since I can't find any complaints about this issue online.

5 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Inexpensive, great video, even good for gaming. Loaded up bioshock infinite and it plays smooth, beautiful but at lower setting. Still I'm impressed. CPU cooler is small but way adequate, glad I used it instead of the aftermarket I was thinking about. Chip runs cool. 38C coming out of gaming.

Cons: None for the price but I see a 4ghz version here now for the same price just days after ordering. Oh well.

Other Thoughts: Inexpensive works great.

5 out of 5 eggsCheap APU for your common computing needs

Pros: Great little $60 proc for small office builds. Lots of computing power and support for super high resolutions if needed. Runs cool even with wimpy included heatsink. Will play older games decently (is that a con for bosses? lol).

Cons: Nothing that I can think about.

Other Thoughts: I guess you aren't going to do much OC'ing with the stock heatsink, but why in the world would you buy an APU if you cared about stuff like that in the first place?

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect HTPC APU

Pros: Cool
Quiet
Quicker than my Phenom Notebook
Works with Linux Mint 17

Cons: None that I can think of, doesn't come with bacon?

Other Thoughts: I was worried when I read reviews of Linux Mint 17 and people reported problems with AMD APU's and MSI motherboards, since I bought this and the MSI FM2-A75MA-E35, but I have had no problems with this combination.

5 out of 5 eggsJason L.

Pros: Great for people with a budget.
Low power consumption
Very cool operating temperature, quiet fan.
Excellent for streaming HD video, multitasking, and casual games.
Impressive for the price.

Cons: As expected you're not going to do any hardcore gaming on the APU alone. However with that said. It's capable of running these games on low to medium settings.

Some games will run on High and Max because they're not graphically intensive (Poker Night, The Wolf among us, Walking Dead)

Really, there's nothing bad to say for what you're getting. I'm impressed to see the advancements with APU technology.

Other Thoughts: I built for a friend looking to have a cheap media center, this processor was perfect for the price. Paired with an MSI A55m-E35 and 4gb 1600GHz RAM.

Some simple gaming tests when I got to play with it:

Skyrim on auto-detected HIGH settings: 22-30FPS
- Easily tweaked to gain 30+ FPS, very playable.

Battlefield BC2 on low settings multiplayer, 30-40 FPS.

Windows 7 Experience:
CPU: 6.4
RAM: 5.9
Graphics: 6.6
Gaming Graphics: 6.6

-Also tested with 8GB 2600 Gskill Trident X RAM
Bumped RAM to 7.9, and both Gaming ratings to 6.7
No real noticeable increase in FPS, maybe an extra 3-5 FPS. Probably better gains with higher-end APUs.
